WELCOME TO LOOKOUT MOUNTAIN
"Lookout Mountain" is located in the heart of Suncadia Resort in the desirable Trailhead Condo complex. This large, corner unit on the 3rd floor sleeps up to 8, and comes with access to the building's seasonal outdoor pool, hot tub, and BBQ area. This luxury condo features a full kitchen, living room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. This is an ideal retreat for two couples or two families.

*This listing does not have access to Suncadia's Swim and Fitness Center or Nelson Pool.

We were 6 adults, and all were very comfortable and loved our stay. Walking into a lighted Christmas tree was fantastic! The owner asked if I would like to order a take a bake pizza from Marcos in advance and 2 pizzas were in the refrigerator when we arrived. I would definitely stay again. The kitchen is fully stocked with all you will need plus a variety of cocktail glasses. Plenty of towels in the bathrooms and the bedding was perfect. A couple additions I would add if it were my rental property would be a mirror in every room, hooks for towels/clothes in the bedroom and bright bedside lamp to read in bed. With the murphy bed in the main room, a reading lamp that could be pulled up to the side on a bedside table. Also hooks on the side of the bed to hang pajamas etc. I would rebook this condo in the future. Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely place.

Beautiful condo with lots of space. Building is very quiet and within walking distance of the Lodge. Bedding was wonderful and warm. Deck was great to sit on with a glass of wine. Loved staying here!

Beautiful condo. Lots of space, clean, and comfortable. We went during the week. The building is was very quiet. Pool was wonderful and not crowded. I would recommend they add some cooking oil and some extra spices to the kitchen to make meal time easier. Would definitely stay again!

SUNCADIA and Mountain Haus Property Management

Our rental exceeded our expectations by 1000% percent. Suncadia resort has every possible amenity right at a close walk from the condo. That included restaurants, golf, swimming, hiking, unbelievable views, and concerts. The view and surrounding area are nothing short of spectacular. The unit, from its heated floors to its luxurious tub and walk in shower provides the optimum living conditions for a rather large family to each have their privacy while enjoying a family vacation together. We loved every single nano second of our stay. And Lonny Butler and his staff, truly generous caring organization and that go way above ensuring you are well informed about move in times, check out expectations and just how to do all that so that you are well informed. We can't wait to rebook and visit the area again.

Weekend retreat!

We had such a wonderful stay at this unit! It was clean, well stocked and check in and out was super smooth and easy. I even forgot my wedding ring and they found it and are mailing it to me tomorrow! We are so grateful for the wonderful stay and family like service. We will be back! Thank you!

Excellent getaway vacation weekend

My friends and I stayed at the Lookout Mountain condo for a bachelorette party weekend. We all loved the property and had a wonderful experience. The condo was very clean, had comfy beds and had a well-stocked kitchen for hosting our group meals-plenty of dishes, pot & pans, platters, kitchen tools, etc. The layout was spacious and had a great open area for everyone to gather for group for activities, socializing, meals, etc. It's a corner unit with lots of natural light and had two balconies with beautiful views. We enjoyed a fun day at the pool and had lunch in the outdoor covered area. All of the guests were impressed with the property. Would stay there again!

Fabulous Stay

We found a well-stocked kitchen in the third-floor corner unit with a great western view. We were close to the lodge and could walk to the different restaurants and the spa. We hiked and enjoyed the trails and 1,000 stairs. Close enough to all the action and far away enough to spend quiet time when we wanted. Our family enjoyed our time, and we will be back to rent again.
