It is only a 1 min walk to the community pool overlooking the lake and direct lake access for 4 kayaks that we include for you! The home boasts indoor/outdoor fireplaces and outdoor seating for your family and friends to enjoy! You are also centrally located and only 5 minutes from Twin Creeks Marina and downtown! There is also a fully fenced yard so you can bring your pet for an additional fee.

-This is a beautiful boutique gated community that is lakefront and has lake access and a pool overlooking the lake!
-The pool and kayak launch are a 1-minute walk, about 100 yards from the home. The pool is seasonal and available Memorial Day-Labor Day.
-This is an amazing cottage right next to the lake. The bedrooms are all upstairs while you have the living room, kitchen, and outdoor area downstairs.

If bringing a pet, you must pick up after the animal. Pet weight limit is 65lbs, maximum of 2 pets allowed. Pet fee is $250.00

-Enjoy the nearby pleasures of Walnut Hill Coffee Shop or have lunch/dinner at Filo`s at the Winchester Town Square.
-Jack Daniel`s Distillery is a short drive away where you can embark on a tour and tasting.
-Tim`s Ford State Park offers scenic views, walking trails, and golf at Bear Trace.

The home is in a gated community and the homes are very close together. Outside of the community gate, there is an older neighborhood.
Can fit 5 cars or 4 trucks in the driveway

No parties or events
Be mindful of noise as neighbors are close by
Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am
