Perfect stay in Aruba. Stay looks just like the pictures. Anna is amazing very responsive. Apartment was super cleaned when arrived. Facility is well maintained they cleaned shared area daily. Apartment has ice maker, beach chairs, cooler, great ac , good pots to cook. Pool area is very spacious.

I reached out to the property the morning we were to arrive and was told the room we had rented months in advance was not available for the first night but we were going to be upgraded to a larger unit (for only one night) which meant packing moving and unpacking again the next day. That was an inconvenience to us but the only option. The problem was the new upgraded room was still under renovation. Wires hung from walls throughout, there was a room we were told not to use which was a mess, and a bathroom in that room that smelled like an outhouse. The furniture was ripped and tattered and the unit smelled like plaster. In the morning, I made coffee and when I went to pour myself a cup, I realized there wasn't one coffee cup to use. When I went in for a shower the shower stall had ants all over the window sill and then when I went to shave they were on the vanity and on the floor. We packed everything and moved our luggage ourselves to the new unit. The renovations were completed and the unit was clean and as pictured. The issues here were the lack of hot water and ants in the kitchen and bath and one very large roach greeted us one morning in the bedroom (I do understand that we were in the tropics and these large bugs exist) but the ants were unacceptable. Also by the last day the the pool was green from algae. What bothered us most was that our unit wasn't ready and the host made it seem as if we were lucky to get a free for only one day into an unfinished unit with bugs.

Great location and accommodations. New and very clean.

We stayed for 6 nights in a 1 bedroom unit. All went well. Ana met us and showed us everything we needed to know. The unit had everything we needed including folding chairs and a cooler for the beach. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.
