Bienvenue dans notre maison loin de chez nous dans la belle ville d'Aruba. L'unité est une chambre à coucher, située dans un complexe fermé de 26 unités. En tant que propriétaires de cette grande propriété, nous offrons un excellent service pratique pour rendre votre séjour 5 étoiles. C'est ce qui nous sépare du reste. Vous êtes en vacances et vous n'avez pas à vous soucier de problèmes dans votre logement.

-Internet haut débit illimité dans chaque unité, et fourni gratuitement avec votre séjour.
Smart TV 55 pouces, avec YouTube et Netflex, et bien d'autres services
- Situé à quelques minutes de la magnifique Palm Beach. (1/2 mile ou à seulement 10 minutes à pied)
- le célèbre phare et le parcours de golf Tierra Del Sol à seulement quelques minutes.
- L'unité est à quelques minutes des nombreux restaurants et casinos du quartier des tours.
- 2 barbecues à gaz pour le client à utiliser.

This unit is at the quiet end of the apartments and on the first floor which is very convenient. It is also located near the outdoor shower. The unit is perfect for a couple and near the beaches. The community property is well maintained. We will stay in this unit again.

Can’t say enough about the host and the communication. Very detailed instructions which gave peace of mind. But I can say a lot about how nice the condo unit was. If you are traveling to Aruba I would highly suggest looking into availability. Very clean and very comfortable. I’d stay again for sure. When you compare the price to one of the hotels, it’s a no brainer. And it is better by a long shot. Close to everything you would want.

We had a very nice stay here. The pool was very nice, the condo was very nicely maintained and clean inside. The location is ideal being close to Palm Beach. Communication with the owners was great. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful location!

We have stayed at the same location twice now and absolutely love it and the wonderful people in the other places. David and Anita were very accommodating and were truly great responding immediately to anything we needed. Would rate this 10 out of 10. We will be back soon!

Absolute beautiful place to stay had some concerns and could not contact property manager no instructions for Wi-Fi left on premises was given the wrong Wi-Fi password on VRBO but overall enjoyable

offseason stay

October is the perfect time to stay, fewer people at the condo, mostly couples, and on the beaches around the island. Can find a lounger or have a nice swim in the pool or hang out at one of the many beaches with a Papula or umbrella.

Perfect setting

Amazing Stay!

We loved our stay in Aruba. The condo was spotless and had all the amenities. The bed was super comfortable! The grounds are beautiful with a great pool. There is a small grocery store right across the street that has anything you might need. The location was perfect close to beach and all the restaurants. Our hosts, Dave and Anita were very accommodating and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Clean, exactly as pictured

The space was extremely clean and had lots of amenities-iron, hairdryer, fully stocked kitchen, beach towels and chairs and plenty of bath towels. The pool space is lovely. You are a two minutes walk from a grocery store and great coffee at the Bean Corner Cafe. Also, the Oak restaurant is easily ewalkable. We felt safe walking into town

Our units are all fully registered in Aruba. We live on the street beside the complex by the Aruba Tennis and Racquet Club in Surfside Villas and spend six months of the year on the island. We value our clients opinions and work hard to ensure that we offer top notch accommodations. Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

This complex has the perfect amount of balance... not too far away from the beaches, night life, restaurants and shopping, but far enough away to enjoy a quiet stress free relaxing vacation. Our units offer two complimentary beach chairs and cooler for use at the beaches during your stay, internet, hot water and tasteful, comfortable surroundings with a full kitchen for your stay.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

This unit is an end unit on ground floor furthest from the road. There are many upgrades in this unit that set it aside from the other units on the same property. Our last upgrade included the installation a feature rock wall, with flat screen 55inch TV. Youtube, Netflix and unlimited high speed internet are in the unit at no additional charge. We installed new floors, repainted the entire unit, changed bedding and installed a new stone backsplash in the kitchen. Ours may not be the least expensive in the complex, but we offer excellent luxurious accommodations and excellent service.
