This is not just a rental villa; it is also our home and personal project. We enjoy spending time here and have made it with much love, aiming to enjoy it with family and friends. We strive to keep it well-maintained. It was love at first sight! We hope our guests also create unforgettable memories here.

We open the doors of our home in the best way we know, and ask you to treat it as you would your own home.

Things may not always go perfectly; hence we ask for understanding and communication. We are here to resolve any inconvenience and address any questions or problems as quickly as possible.

The villa has an open tropical design to take advantage of the breezes, so there is no air conditioning or mosquito nets in the common areas.

Being surrounded by tropical gardens, you might encounter salamanders and other small insects that coexist with the house, which we cannot control. The villa is regularly fumigated to avoid pests.

We like our home to be a gathering point, so there is no TV in the living room, but you have a television on the terrace for enjoying Netflix or sports events.

Towels at the villa are only for pool use. For Minitas Beach or the hotel pool, there is a free towel pickup point.

We ask our guests to respect the neighbors and keep noise and music at moderate levels, especially during rest hours. The villa is in a quiet area and surrounded by a friendly community.

The villa has a washing machine and dryer, which can be operated by the staff. Reasonable use for clothing is allowed. Please be cautious with delicate or colorfast items; we cannot be responsible for any potential damage.

Please remember that the use of the pool and jacuzzi is at your own risk and that they are NOT fenced, so be cautious with children and slippery surfaces.

****Staff and Extras: ****
Staff: Two service staff members will be available during your stay from 8 am to 4:30 pm for cleaning and cooking; one of them may reside on the property in a separate area. If you need service outside of these hours, please coordinate directly with them for scheduling and compensation. Gardening and pool maintenance services are included in the price.

It is possible to rent golf carts for moving around the resort (not included in the price).

We offer personalized recommendations for services, from trusted taxi drivers to boat rentals or villa events. Feel free to ask!

The resort offers additional services such as tennis, golf courses, shooting range, nightclubs, restaurants, horseback riding, polo, shops, gym, spa, and more. You can also enjoy some of the best concerts in the country at the Altos de Chavón amphitheater!


****Casa de Campo Registration ****
Casa de Campo is a private resort with restricted access to owners and guests. The registration fee is a charge that tenants of private villas and apartments must pay to access the resort and its facilities - updated rates from Feb 2026:

USD $30 per adult per night (ages 12 and up)
USD $15 per child per night (ages 4 to 12)
FREE for children under 4

Invited guests, friends, and family of villa owners do not have to pay the fee but must follow the appropriate registration procedure.
