The Space:
The house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We’ve got one bed of every size to keep it interesting:
1. King Suite with an en suite bathroom

4. Twin Room + Workspace

Every bedroom has tranquil views of the surrounding greenery and a 12-inch memory foam mattress.

Have kids? We provide a Pack N Play with an extra mattress and sheets and a high chair.

You have access to the entire property except we ask that you keep out of the garage as that is used for storage.

House Rules & Safety:
1. Leave shoes at the door
2. No smoking indoors
3. No loud parties (we have privacy-safe noise decibel monitors)
4. Follow burn laws when using fire pit (limit use to 5pm to 7am + during low wind conditions)
5. Don't go on neighbor's land. We do not have a fence due to trees but please keep within property lines, which are marked by boundary markers with pink tags.

Other things to note
1. Stay connected, even off the grid: cell phone service can be spotty in the area, but don’t worry. We recommend enabling WiFi calling on your phone, and downloading offline Google maps for seamless navigation.
2. Hot Tub & Fire Pit Safety: Follow safety instructions for an enjoyable experience. Guests assume all risks and release the host and owner from liability for hot tub and fire pit use.
3. We do not provide fire wood for the fire pit but you can buy them at nearby Lowe's.
4. Sorry, no pets.
5. During snow season: roads may be slippery and icicles may form near the roof edge. Be cautious of your surroundings! We recommend a 4WD vehicle during snow season.
6. We do not offer refunds for weather-related changes.
7. Your privacy is our priority—security cameras are installed on the front porch, outdoor deck and exteriors for safety, but there are no cameras inside the house. We have privacy-safe noise decibel monitors which alerts us to excessive noise.
