Perfect place to stay

Travel to Houston for a couple of astro’s games & this is the perfect place to stay in; super clean & perfect area.

I had a bit of trouble understanding the sign in process, but it is truly exactly as is written. It was a stressful day and I am blaming that.The apartment was cozy and had everything we needed. We were able to park on site, saving us downtown parking fees. If I am ever doing anything that requires a two night or more stay in downtown Houston I will stay here again.

Came to Houston for a friend’s wedding. This was the perfect option for us. Very clean, quiet and private. We were able to get Uber eats delivered directly to our first floor balcony and getting into an Uber was very simple as well. Our host was super helpful and communicative. Access to the gym and pool was a nice added bonus and was perfect for down time. Close to lots of hotspots and was very easy to get to several areas of Houston. Would highly recommend.

We visited Houston to catch the Rockets, and the apartment was perfect for our stay. We were walking distance from the Toyota Center, and we found a excellent coffee shop/bakery just a couple of blocks from us. We were also fairly close to a light rail station which was useful when we explored during the day. Brillana was a great host, she was quick to answer any questions, and was helpful when we encountered some unforeseen issues in the apartment. One minor comment: the description states that there are two queen beds in the bedroom, when there is only one. (The pictures in the listing show give a good representation of the unit.)

We booked this trip for a 3 night stay to watch some MLB games. The building was nice enough, although there was a large leak in the hallway outside the condo next door to us. The carpet was soaked and we had to walk through it every time we left and arrived.The first day, we didn’t get in for the night until about 11pm. After a long day of travel, I couldn’t wait to shower. The water wouldn’t heat up. I messaged the host and she said “it usually works, try again.” Of course the next morning it was still not working and her response was that she doesn’t control the building’s water system. What on earth kind of response is this?! I explained that there was a hot water heater in the condo that needed to be checked. By 2 or 3 in the afternoon, a maintenance man had arrived and was easily able to fix it.I booked this to accommodate 5 people. There was not enough bedding and pillows provided.It grossed me out to have any of my kids sleeping on the couch and air mattress without sheets. The host ordered a thin blanket, a set of sheets and a pillow delivered by Walmart so that was only an issue the first night but it shouldn’t have been something I had to ask for at all. These were inconveniences but were ultimately resolved. I would not stay here again.
