A perfect small cozy place for 2 Nestled in the middle of the Zona Hotelera of Cancun. 5 min walk to beautiful Ballena Beach, next to Hard Rock Hotel , Secrets the Vine, Sandos Hotel.
Studio in a private oasis, located in a 5 Villas private gated community.
You will have an independent entrance, with no stairs to climb, two pools directly in front of the Studio, green space, and palapa.
A queen bed (sleeps two)

This is an open 1 bedroom space studio. with full kitchen
Multiple entrance: bedroom has a sliding door of view and landscape pool patio area in addition to the main entrance.
Guest access
Gated, secured entry. Lockbox at gate entrance.
Other things to note
Bus R1 transportation around the corner, $12 pesos that takes you into downtown Cancun and to ADO central bus station.
A 30min drive to the airport where you can also take a free bus from the airport to Train Maya Station.
Walking distance to Plaza Kukulcan where you will find Soriana supermarket for all your grocery needs.
A five to 10 min bus ride to la Isla shopping and the heart night clubs, famous Coco Bongos etc.
Walking distance to the famous Rosa Negra restaurant.
