My place is directly on the beach and recently remodeled as new. Views are spectacular and the beach is beautiful. Facilities like pools, jacuzzi, lounge chairs, shades, gym, tennis court, parking, are available for you free of charge
Wifi, Smart tv, AC.
We have an all inclusive feature that is optional daily for food and drinks as we share facilities with Oleo Cancun resort (today $90 usd p/p per day)

There are 3 restaurants across the street and a convenience store .

Beautiful 8th floor remodeled studio with comfortable king size bed and gorgeous views in a quiet and safe aerea of Cancun´s hotel zone. Ocean front balcony, Wifi, Smart Tv, safe, A/c, fridge, microwave.

Pets under 15 pounds are allowed. They must follow some rules as they can´t stay more than 2 hours alone and/or barking

Smoking is prohibited
Keep silence between 22-8
You must wear a wristband that will identify you as Condominium guests.

Celebrated my 40 birthday with my husband. Everything was so convenient, host met us in the lobby upon arriving , host arranged transportation 70 to and from which is a great deal. The all inclusive option is worth it. We loved the food , opted out the last day and had dinner at Navios across the street , stunning experience in itself. There is also a convenient store across the street. The beach is phenomenal, views stunning , pool is awesome with the swim up bar. Highly recommend

The host had strong communication throughout our stay. The apartment location was as advertised. We had a great view of the ocean and the lagoon. It is a condo located inside a hotel. Unless you pay for the all inclusive package through the hotel you cannot use the bars or restaurant. They do have a coffee shop that will sell pastries, sandwiches, etc…we chose to use the grocery store, which is an easy bus ride, and take advantage of the kitchen in the unit. The bed was comfortable and we had a towel and bed linen refresh half way through our 11 day stay.The gym was small but adequate. Our host brought us tennis racquets and balls so we enjoyed the tennis court. Every day we went for a walk on the beach. Across the street and within easy walking distance are two restaurants and an OXXO convenience store that sells fresh fruit, vegetables, and has a hot food station where a lady cooks breakfast and lunch foods. That’s where we replenished our water supply.The condo water is not drinkable (potable) and there is no kitchen sink. We washed our dishes in the bathroom sink. We covered the faucet just so we wouldn’t accidentally use that sink water to brush our teeth.Since we were staying 11 days it would have been nice to have a laundry facility available but ultimately not a big deal. This is an affordable option for a beach front stay in Cancun. It’s a good value.

Beautiful

Awesome. So beautiful and location great. We went store across street for water . Restaurant across street awesome. Take the bus very easy 12 pesos, wave them down they stop . Get pesos. Great beach and pool. Vodoo and ilios amazing. Crystal clear water. Make sure you text Juan or whoever is suppose help. We needed towels he brought them.

Relaxing

This is our second trip to Cancun. We have stayed both times at Oleo. The staff is very kind and responsive. Having the daily option of purchasing the all inclusive is a great feature. The resort is far enough away from the spring break crowd that you are able to relax and enjoy time away. Our host was very responsive to any questions we had. We will come back again.
