Villa Capri est une grande villa de vacances à Cap Estate, St. Lucie, des Caraïbes pour les réunions de famille, retraite, des événements ou des vacances avec des amis. La maison est nichée sur une colline, à quelques minutes à pied de la plage la plus proche, avec une vue spectaculaire sur la mer.
Toutes les chambres disposent d'une salle de bains avec douche et / ou baignoire, la climatisation et d'une télévision et d'un groupe voyageant ensemble trouveront assez d'espace pour être à l'aise.
Avec 7300 pieds carrés d'espace couvert, trois hamacs, un panier suspendu, une piscine privée et une terrasse, le bar, un belvédère et de nombreux bancs partout dans la propriété, tout le monde découvrira un endroit pour se détendre.
Pour nos petits clients, nous avons des jouets, des livres, un lit d'enfant portable, deux chaises hautes, un rail de lit etc. disponibles pour vous assurer qu'ils sont bien pris en charge, et parce que notre piscine peut être bloqué au large, les parents peuvent se détendre et profiter de leur rester avec nous.
Notre concierge peut prendre soin de tous vos besoins sur-propriété et des événements spéciaux et sera en mesure de recommander et réserver des excursions et des restaurants pour vous et votre groupe.
Vos besoins culinaires sont pris en charge par nos excellents cuisiniers des Caraïbes, qui vous gâtera du lundi au dimanche avec leurs délicieux repas. En outre, nos femmes de ménage sont à jour pour prendre soin de toutes les chambres et garder la maison impeccable pour votre commodité. Tout cela est déjà compris dans le tarif de location! Situé dans le nord de l'île, la Villa Capri est à deux minutes de la parcours de golf de championnat de 18 trous et à six minutes de Rodney Bay, le centre touristique de Saint- Lucia et nous avons deux des meilleures plages de plongée en apnée juste à notre porte à distance de marche. De plus, le port de plaisance de Rodney Bay n’est qu’à 5 minutes en voiture pour répondre à tous vos besoins en matière de navigation de plaisance, ainsi que des restaurants et des bars pour des animations en soirée.

Great vacation

House is big, you can get lost, but very warm and inviting. Staff wonderful and accommodating to or wishes. Beach 10 minute walk and 85 steps down to a Smuggler's Cove and a very good restaurant - Naked Fisherman. The only negative point is the almost 2 hour drive from the airport with lots of curves and narrow roads.

Great Family Vacation

The house was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our group of 10. Kris was so helpful in arranging services and giving general advice for our experience. She helped us organize massages, painting, and yoga at the house. The house was a great space for any activity we wanted to do. It was an easy walk to the local beaches, which were clean and not too crowded. We enjoyed all the meals at the house and the staff were wonderful. The pool and porches were fun. There’s nothing we would have changed about our stay. We would 100% come here again!

Villa Capri

Our group of 8 spent a week at Villa Capri and we couldn’t be happier with our stay! The Villa and the grounds are beautiful with a stunning view of the Caribbean and lush hillsides. The staff are all extremely friendly and the morning breakfasts and evening dinners were delicious! Kris made our stay so easy, setting up our excursions, taking care of all of the grocery shopping and keeping the bar stocked with whatever we wanted. There are 2 beautiful beaches within easy walking distance and Pigeon Island and Rodney Bay are each a 5-10 min drive away. So many great things to say about the Villa and the staff! Would definitely recommend!

Great Villa! Great Staff! Great Stay!

We took a group of friends for our annual retreat to St. Lucia and stayed at Villa Capri. Everybody had a ball and we enjoyed the villa, the staff and the fantastic food they cooked, and also the tours we took. We walked to two beaches with great snorkelling, had a day trip to Soufriere organised by Chris, the manager, and explored Pigeon Island and Rodney Bay. In the evening when we got back the smell of dinner was already in the air and all of us could not wait for the dinner bell to ring. We were all sad to leave this place and will be dreaming of palm trees and sun and Jerk chicken & sweet potato/pumpkin pie for the next couple of months. Thanks for great memories!

Walk to beach location

We specifically chose Villa Capri for our group of 11 due to its walk to beach location. The walk up the steep driveway is not for the elderly or faint of heart, but it is unavoidable at properties on St Lucia. The staff couldn't be friendlier and meals prepared for us were varied & delicious. The house manager is very hands on and visits the home daily to review what meals will be eaten in, develop shopping lists, and arrange for any auxiliary services you may want (massages, transportation, etc). Not an issue for us but if you object to daily drop-ins it may not be the best fit. We had pre-arranged airport transportation through the house manager & I highly recommend. It is a long drive from airport and don't know that we would have been able to navigate St Lucia roads & find the villa on our own. Sleeping rooms are air conditioned, main areas are not and there is ample outdoor covered space to gather. Wifi is strong in common areas, weak in bedrooms but attributable to thick stone walls of home. Overall a great stay!

Perfect getaway for a destination wedding.

There were 15 of us ranging from 1 1/2 to 88. 9 bedrooms and baths, so there was lots of privacy. There were two adjoining rooms with lots of beds which wound up being PERFECT for a family with young kids. A portable crib was provided and we were able to put the youngest to sleep in the smaller room without him being bothered by the others. There was a lot of going up and down the stairs and my 88 year old dad found that difficult, so keep that in mind if you have someone with limited mobility. All bedrooms have air conditioning, but not the common areas. Nice breeze most of the time. Would have appreciated a few more fans in the outside sitting areas. The food was incredible. A food allergy was carefully respected. There was nothing that was served that we didn't like! You get to set the time for meals and the staff works around your preferences. The staff was friendly and efficient. They couldn't have been nicer. Kris, the property manager, was incredibly efficient. She also managed my daughter's wedding at the same time and amazed us all. Kudos!! One slight problem we encountered involved the efficient lighting used at the villa. Sun sets early so it's dark after 6-7. We were playing board games and the low lighting made it difficult to differentiate the colors in the game pieces. A portable high-intensity lamp would have been helpful. Cab rides cost about 5 bucks a person to go to town. We walked to the beach several times ---- very steep driveway!!!!! I'd recommend this villa to any large group. It was like being at a private all-inclusive resort. Thanks again to the wonderful staff!!!!

Staff cooked three meals per day, and the food was excellent. The property manager was very responsive to our needs. The only negative was the water pressure for the showers was low, and the water heater was small, causing sometimes short and cold showers. Overall our stay was phenomenal.

Great getaway for a large family gathering

Villa Capri was accurately advertised and more. The staff was helpful, pleasant, and accommodating. They are flexible, knowledgeable, and thorough. The food was wonderful and they can accommodate dietary requirements or requests. The accommodations very comfortable and clean. Our family of 13 loved everything about it. Definitely recommend to any family wanting a place to relax, and swim with enough room to not be on top of one another.

50th Birthday at Villa Capri!

This villa exceeded our expectations! Kris and her staff were absolutely amazing! We were 16 adults celebrating my 50th Birthday. She took care of all our needs from arranging drivers to making dinner reservations. The food was excellent! Always healthy choices! Would be great for weddings, family reunions, team building retreats or a bunch of friends celebrating! It was so authentic Caribbean style. Lots of little sitting areas if you want to get away from the group and have some alone time! Highly recommend renting Villa Capri!!!!

Pampering Service and Most Beautiful Sunsets

Cap Estate was the perfect place for my family, along with 4 other families, to spend our spring break this last March 2019! A huge thank you to Kris and her incredibly friendly staff for accommodating our large group needs and making our stay as effortless as could be!!! We really appreciated Kris's spot on recommendation on how to take in all the beauty St. Lucia has to offer! Cap Estate is well maintained, very comfortable and short 4 minute walk to the most beautiful beach and sunset in the world!! We felt as though we were in our own private resort, what a treat!! BEAUTIFUL!

St Lucia is a BEAUTIFUL island with so much to see and do! The Villa Capri was also beautiful! We visited St. Lucia on a "friendscation" - 6 couples spent 5 days there on an adult vacation leaving our 15 kids at home. The villa was a GREAT location. We were within walking distance of 2 beautiful beaches and a 15-minute car ride from both Rodney Bay (where we took a catamaran tour one day) and from Pigeon Island (a must see and the highlight of our trip). The staff was very accommodating pushing double beds together to make rooms suited to couples, preparing delicious meals and restocking the bar based on our adventures that day. They provided coolers and beach chairs for our beach days and coordinated transportation on sightseeing and touring days. They just thought of everything. The rooms were beautifully appointed and each had it's own private bath. The water pressure was weak in the rooms and the villa was a 90-minute drive from the airport. Otherwise - everything was perfect! We would highly recommend the villa to anyone traveling to St Lucia and looking for an experience outside of the typical all inclusive resort.

The St.Lucian Solution for a BIG birthday!

Comments from our young adults: “The food was better than at any hotel.” “The staff were really accommodating.” “We had excursions organised for us.” “The most strenuous thing was walking up the drive! “ “Right next to two beaches - we recommend the extra few minutes’ walk to The Naked Fisherman - lovely secluded beach & excellent food.” “Wonderful view from the dinner terrace.” My BIG birthday had been planned from a fabulous trip with Jus’Sail and the lovely crew James, Pepsi & O’Brien, who took us along the coast to Castries then to a secluded cove for snorkelling and culminating in copious amounts of delicious & strong homemade rum punch, tasty snacks and stupendous chocolate birthday cakes. We returned to the villa to be greeted by steel drums & champagne and afterwards the tastiest birthday dinner buffet I have ever had. Homely, caring, professional staff, nothing too much trouble. Greeted with smiles from Olga, Yolanda, Deanne and Baptiste. We felt at home...only Better! The Friday Night Street Party at Gros Islet, 5 minutes’ drive way was great fun for people watching and dancing! Finally, a huge thank you to Kris for being the organiser and shopper supreme - it would not have been as memorable without her! She is a true star!

Simply amazing!

Our group of 8 (4 couples) couldn't have been happier with the accommodations and superior service provided by the team at Villa Capri. Kris had every detail covered; from the grocery list edits we requested to the activity arrangements and additional ideas for things to do based on our liking. What a rock star! Kaschamma (sp?) and Yolanda prepared amazing local dishes for us every day! Baptist kept our rooms in tip top shape. This is a beautiful "home" with excellent views and easy access to activities. Plenty of space to spread out, relax and enjoy the pool or just read. We've stayed at a lot of different properties and this place and it's wonderful, hospitable staff are top of our list! Highly recommend a vacation here!

Der Blick auf das Meer ist wunderschön, der Strand ganz nah und der Pool immer ein ruhiger Platz zum Sonnen und zum Erholen oder für eine schnelle Abkühlung. Kris ist eine sehr erfahrene Managerin, die sich um wirklich alle Wünsche ihrer Gäste mit ihrem sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten und fröhlichem Team aufmerksam rund um die Uhr kümmert. Villa Capri St Lucia - vacation blues

I am having the vacation blues. We all know the saying “it was not long enough”. But what is long enough? 7 days was clearly not sufficient. I want to go back to Villa Capri and St. Lucia. From the moment we saw George’s smiling face at the airport, we knew we were in good hands. I am glad we listened to Kris and did not drive ourselves from the airport. We would have taken another hour to get to Villa Capri, and maybe have never found it on our own. That way we did not have to worry about driving on the left around narrow turns. And we could stop for our first Piton, the local brew on the way to Villa Capri. Getting there we were welcomed with awesome rum punch, that Kris had concocted on Andy’s request. It set the tone for a great week. What did we like best? Everything? Pretty much. The staff were genuine and accommodating. The rooms were clean and the ACs at the end of a hot day most welcome And the food. How did Kashama, Odessa and Yolanda make chicken taste so good? I loved the food. Who knows breadfruit balls and Accra? The ribs, the pasta one evening and the baked fish we dragged home from the roadside vendor midweek were all delicious. They even made a chocolate cake for mom’s birthday dinner and decorated the table with flowers. And if we had too much run punch, the mornings were hassle free. With family style meals there was no “honey come, we will miss breakfast”. No, to the contrary breakfasts were like at home on a Sunday morning. Just every morning and nobody had to cook or clean up. And on Friday and Saturday some of us went straight to the large TV and watched ESPN. The others put in quality time at our private pool. We did go to the Golden Taste for dinner on Friday night and went up the lookout at Pigeon point. And now I am back home and no wonder I have the vacation blues

Jazz and fun at Villa Capri St Lucia

This was meant to be a sort of reunion trip with old school mates. At the end a few could not make it. For a while I had thought about cancelling it all together. A good thing, I checked with Chris who made a small allowance for us not using all 9 bedrooms. Imagine getting the use of the villa with all 7 staff and paying less because we only used 5 bedrooms. One of the advantages of being less people was that Chris could now arrange a bus that held all of us together. Out of the airport Glenda was waiting for us. By the time we had settled for the drive across the island it was already time to stop. We were ready for our 1. Piton. Glenda stopped at this amazing roadside bakery where they served oven fresh local bread with cheese and meat. Unbelievably tasty. It was an indication of the time we would have. Initially we had planned to keep busy and every day do different stuff. But once at Villa Capri we became so relaxed and spent most of our time there. Chris did the shopping for us and the cooks prepared some of the best local fish and chicken dishes we ever had. By the time we decided to ask Chris to organize a boat ride to the Pitons the week was half over. On our 2. to last day some of us also went ziplining in the rain forest. Make sure you go to the Gros Islet street party on Friday nights. We did not stay to the end but when we left the street was full of locals and visitors dancing to Reggae and Soca music. It worked perfect for us because we went to the concert at Pigeon island, only 2 minutes from Gros Islet and stayed until 1 in the morning. The atmosphere was unbelievable. I think most of the guests at villa Capri are family and wedding groups with children that must appreciate the TV in every room and the free wifi. To us it did not matter that every room had ocean view and one room could even sleep 6 kids or teenagers. Most of the time we were hanging out at the pool or watching a game on the large TV in the lounge. What did we like best? Probably the fact that we could get up and have breakfast when we were ready, quite often some of us simply missed it, that we had lots of space to get away from the others for a little quality time in one of the hammocks or in the hanging wicker basket, and that we had an open bar all day long. We loved it and the ones that did not make it have no idea what they missed. We will just have to do it again. Yes, villa was as described, spotless, Manager and staff were amazing and I highly recommend it

We always try and personalise the stay for our guests and are pleased that you and your group of friends could relax at the villa and the close by beach but also got to see some of our amazing little island. Zip lining and the Soufriere tour are some of my favourite things to do too as you experience the island in two totally different ways. Cruising along the waterfront of the island and zipping through the rain forest .... very fun! ;-) Thank you again for staying at Villa Capri and we hope to see you again next year... but this time with the family for Thanksgiving as already discussed! “Amazing, Amazing, Amazing”

Kris and her staff here are amazing. From the start of the booking process all the way through arrival and our stay, everything was perfect for our family of 14 to include 7 children ages 1 through 10. Food is delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Beach is a 5 minute walk. Kris' perfection at execution of her "job" is beyond anything I could write here. We will definitely be back. Thanks Villa Capri Team for our amazing stay. If you want an amazing family vacation in St. Lucia this is the place to be.
