Sellrainer Dachstubn

My grandparents built and operated this house as a small guesthouse. Where there used to be separate guest rooms, there is now a newly renovated, light-filled 100 sqm (1,076 sq ft) three-room attic apartment with mountain views—where I currently live. However, since I travel frequently, I’ve decided to continue the house’s tradition by occasionally hosting guests. Maybe you’ll be one of them soon?

The Accommodation:
The heart of the Dachstubn is the spacious, open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. Here, you’ll not only find plenty of space to relax but also a dedicated workspace. A ladder leads up to a cozy lounging net with a stunning view of the Karwendel mountains.

Additionally, the Dachstubn features two bedrooms with comfortable double beds, as well as a bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and toilet.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire top floor of the house, the staircase, and, upon request, the heated garage, which can be used to safely store and dry various sports equipment.

Other Important Information:
The house is located directly on the Sellrain state road in a 30 km/h zone. During the day, traffic noise may be noticeable in the apartment but generally quiets down at night, ensuring a restful sleep.

Starting in March 2025, there may be occasional noise disturbances on weekdays during the day due to construction work on the neighboring property.
