This 2 bedroom/1 bath apartment is perfect for work or pleasure in Oakland. We are in the Temescal neighborhood, less then 1/2 mile to Kaiser Hospital on Broadway in Oakland. One mile from Whole Foods, 1/2 mile to Piedmont Ave with several coffee shops, retail, wine bars, grocery and Fenton`s Creamery, which can`t be missed while visiting the area. Less than one mile to restaurants and shopping on Telegraph Ave.
Welcome to this 2-bedroom apartment located in the charming Temescal neighborhood in Oakland. This gem offers a full kitchen equipped with modern appliances for all your cooking needs. One dedicated parking space is provided, adding convenience for those with vehicles. Enjoy the urban charm of Temescal, with its vibrant dining scene, boutique shops, and easy access to public transportation.
The apartment is part of a home that has 2 units. This unit has it`s own entrance and comes with one parking space in the driveway. No spaces are shared in the apartment.
The apartment has a full kitchen with everything needed for a full meal or just a cup of coffee.
Spacious dining area with room enough to work or enjoy a meal.
The living area has a television with a Smart TV with Roku. Guests can log in with their own logins to watch what they like.
There are 2 bedrooms, one has a queen bed and the other has a full bed. There is plenty of closet space if you need to store your belongings.
The bathroom has a shower/tub combo and has a single sink.
The washer and dryer are in the apartment and available for guests to use.
For bookings longer than 30 nights guests are required to sign a lease separate from Airbnb.
Guests have access to the entire apartment. No spaces are shared.
I have a property management company that is available for all questions or emergencies.
It is centrally located, very diverse community and proximity to restaurants and bars.
Walkable to Piedmont Ave and Telegraph Ave to find grocery, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, etc.
Public transit, ride sharing, bikes.
5 minute walk to BART station, where lots of buses and free shuttles stop; close to major freeways (I-580, I-80, 880, CA-24
The other tenant in the building you might see coming and going, feel free to say hello.
-No parties or events of any kind are allowed here
-Out of respect for our Neighbors: Quiet Hours are between 10pm - 8am
-No shoes inside (flip flops, slippers, socks are fine)
-No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises (go to the front curb outside or at least 15 feet from any dwelling)
-Turn off lights, TV, heater, & stove when not in use
-The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
-Conserve water, California is currently in a drought
-Recycle & Compost if there are receptacles in the unit
-Please consume or take all leftover food. Extra food beckons little critters and bugs!
-No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property.
-Please only deposit toilet paper in the toilets please (no baby/adult wipes, floss, tampons, etc...)
-Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.
-A late check-out fee will be applied for check-outs as this will affect our cleaning team and following guests.
-During your stay of 30 days or more. If utilities (water, trash, electricity & gas) go over a total of $150, you will be requested to pay the difference if it is excessive. You can avoid high charges by turning off lights, heaters, electronics and the stove when not in use. During the winter, San Franciscans wear layers of clothing to avoid high electric bills.
-Please be aware of your energy usage, especially during peak hours which are between 4-9pm each day. Run the dishwasher, washer and dryer (if applicable) during non peak hours. We appreciate guests helping to conserve energy.

- No guns, firearms or any weapons allowed
- Bookings 30+ nights a lease is required to be signed
