This is a sweet apartment with a private backyard. The hosts were very welcoming. Great place for us -- a couple with a dog -- to call home for a week. We love this part of Oakland!

Had an amazing stay here! The place was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Check-in was smooth, and the host was super responsive and helpful the whole time. The space had everything we needed and made the trip feel relaxing from start to finish. Definitely would stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

This was a cute spot and convenient! You essentially have your own apartment with a shower, stove, microwave, fridge and washer and dryer etc. You have plenty of privacy but the hosts are easily accessible if you need anything. It's walking distance to some really good restaurants off Telegraph (you have to walk under the freeway) or if you catch a Lyft the ride was typically less than 10 for a lot of places nearby. It was a great place to stay overall, definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The place was very nice, spotless, and exactly as described. Everything was clean and well-maintained, which made it feel super comfortable and welcoming. Communication with the host was excellent- she was very friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and easy. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

We travel to Oakland really regularly from Southern CA, and this was the most well-appointed rental we’ve ever used! And! Bonus that we could bring our cat (for a really reasonable additional price) who gets separation anxiety with us, and she also was so comfortable. Needless to say, we all had an excellent stay: comfortable beds (including the futon), nice shower, all the appliances you could ever need in the kitchen (air fryer!), and really thoughtful selection of books, games, and puzzles. Parking on the street was never an issue, the neighbors were friendly, BART is nearby, checkin/checkout was super easy, and communication was always readily available with the host. Will definitely stay here again in our travels if it’s available!

We had a very comfortable stay. We had two in the bedroom and one on the futon. The futon was quite firm and getting it made up for sleeping took some effort without a correctly sized fitted sheet, but the one of us sleeping on it slept soundly. Smoke alarms are all linked for both the unit and main residence which caused a surprise. My socks did get some pet hair on them and there was pet hair on a few blankets. Overall positive experience & would stay here again.

We are a blended, multi-cultural, queer family who call Oakland home! Charlene is from Singapore, loves her four-legged besties and checking out all the latest foodie spots the Bay has to offer. Milo has deep pride for Marseille, France where he was born, playing soccer on weekends and indulging in a good reality show. Though neither of us can claim to be Oakland natives, we love our little Bay Area bubble and enjoy welcoming new friends and visitors to all our happy places here.

We're on a relatively quiet street with kind, low key neighbors. We’re just a few blocks from MacArthur BART, a kid and dog friendly pizza place with outdoor seating and heaters, a cute spot for juice and delicious Yemeni lattes, and just a few more blocks from the heart of Temescal, which has some of the best restaurants and bars in town, including a couple of James Beard and Michelin nominated spots!
