New 2025 Listing. This 2 Br villa is located in Arrowhead Court inside Kingston Resort. It's located on the 3rd floor. This adorable condo features a queen bed in both bedrooms and a fully stocked kitchen. It has a new LVP flooring and upgraded granite kitchen counter tops. Relax by the pool or take a quick walk across the boardwalk to the beach. You'll find tons of sunlight streaming through the primary bedroom windows and a sliding glass door leading you to a screened-in balcony porch. The lake is right there at your feet and the view is so picturesque it instantly tugs at you to sit down, grab a cup of coffee or cocktail, and just breathe. It features free parking and free high speed Wifi (400 Mbps).

Kingston Resort is a 145 acre community on the beach. The gated entrance provides 24/7 safety and security in this family friendly environment. The community has a number of walking and biking trails around a series of small lakes and ponds and the ocean. Arrowhead Court is a subdivision within Kingston Resort. It provides a resort living with beautiful landscaping, a private swimming pool, and a winding sidewalk with a 5 minute walk to the beach.

A perfect place to stay to explore Myrtle Beach!

The rooms were cozy and offered plenty of accommodations to make going to the beach and pool easier than ever! The balcony over looks a pond full of ducks and turtles, we loved walking over the bridge with our little kiddos just so they could count how many they could see. The location was also perfect for traveling to nearby tourist attractions as well as having pools and beach access nearby! My family and I loved it, and would recommend it over and over.

This condo was spectacular.

I wasn't sure how I would like the area (congestion) of all the condos and hotels all right there together and having to go past the security gate each time. After getting out and walking the property to see everything, the beach access, the convenience of the pools, the beautiful ponds, and bridges I knew this was going to be a great vacation for my 2 teens and myself. The property was very clean, everyone was so nice, the security at the gate answered questions for us when needed. My teens were able to fly fish in the big pond behind the condo. This was a big win for them. As big as the Plantation is, it never felt crowded, and this was the week of July 4th. The location of the condo was perfect and convenient to anything we wanted to do. The condo had everything we needed and very cozy. It was very clean, decorated beautifully and just overall very cozy. The perk I really loved was that the linens and bath towels were already there and included. The kitchen has everything you would need. That view was amazing and we loved seeing the ducks congregate every morning in the pond. I have (2) 17 year olds, boy and girl and they have decided this was the BEST place we have stayed and they are already asking when we can come back. They loved being able to get out and just walk around, hang out and just have a great time. We could not have asked for a better place to stay and we were able to make memories before they start their senior year.

Arrowhead Court has everything our family loves. For the kids, it has beautiful surroundings and easy beach access. For my husband, the golf course is just a few miles down the road and sea fishing right off the pier. For myself, I love waking up and enjoying the lakeside setting from the balcony.
