NO SMOKING INSIDE: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. Any evidence of smoking will incur a minimum fee of $1,000 to cover odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. Smoking is permitted only in the backyard or on the front porch if the windows and doors to the home are closed.
