Parking is available in the surface lot areas throughout the complex.

Parking is assigned; refer to your welcome message to get stall number.

Whether you`re catching up with loved ones, getting lost in a great book, or binge-watching your favourite shows, the space strikes a perfect balance between roomy & cozy. The Smart TV is ready for you to log into your streaming accounts and continue your favorite series or discover something new.



KITCHEN

Designed for gathering & enjoyment, this thoughtfully stocked kitchen provides all the essentials—whether you`re preparing a casual bite or whipping up a gourmet meal. The spacious island comfortably seats six, creating the ideal spot to come together, exchange stories, and enjoy delicious meals with friends and family. For the coffee enthusiasts in your group, a Phillips Espresso machine awaits.



SLEEPING

Settle in comfortably in one of two bedrooms—one featuring a luxurious king bed, the other a cozy queen bed—both thoughtfully prepared to ensure restful nights. For extra sleeping arrangements, the living room offers an additional sleeping space. Each sleeping area is outfitted with soft linens, plush duvets & plenty of pillows, promising peaceful sleep and a refreshed start for another day of adventure.



BATHROOMS

Each bathroom is designed with comfort and ease in mind, featuring a full four-piece layout with both a bath and shower. You`ll find soft, fluffy towels and premium toiletries—shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand wash—all generously provided to make your stay feel refreshingly effortless.



LAUNDRY

Quality full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located right within the suite, making it easy to refresh your wardrobe during longer stays. Complimentary laundry detergent provided, so you can pack light and travel with ease.

HOUSE RULES:

*No smoking/vaping of any kind inside the house and please leave property to smoke cigarettes. Improperly disposed of cigarettes can spark a forest fire.

*No Pets, No Parties, No Candles, No Unregistered Guests.

*Quiet Hours: 10pm to 8am. Please be mindful of your neighbours.

*Please remove all footwear at the door.

*No Bikes, Skis or Snowboards allowed inside.

*Please notify us if something breaks or stops working.



CANCELLATION CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES

* Original Transaction Processing Fees: Stripe`s processing fees from the original transaction will not be returned. These fees are non-refundable.

* Refund Issuance Fees: There will be an additional charge of 2% + $0.30 for issuing refunds, as per Stripe`s refund policy.

* Hostaway Application Fee: Hostaway imposes a 1% fee of the total reservation cost for processing cancellations.
