Accessible via a private keyed elevator, step into the main level of this duplex and be greeted by the sweeping expanse. Flooded with southern sunlight through floor-to-ceiling windows, the oversized living room sets the stage for relaxation, complemented by custom built-ins, a gas fireplace, and a designated dining area that seats up to six. The heart of the main level presents an expansive dining area accommodating 12+ guests, seamlessly leading to the modern custom kitchen adorned with high-end features, including a Sub-Zero refrigerator/freezer, Thermador wall oven, Miele dishwashers, Viking cooktop, and GE Monogram wine cooler. Upstairs is accessible via the elevator, or the custom staircase. bedrooms on the second floor, each boasting an ensuite bathroom, this layout offers ultimate comfort and privacy. Take in the city's panorama from the expansive private patio, offering ample space for dining, lounging, and entertaining amidst serene planters and soaring bamboo.

The Neighborhood:
Greenwich Village perfectly combines a bit of the East Village’s glorified grunge with a bit of the West Village’s tony charm. The birthplace of the beatnik movement and home to NYU, the neighborhood offers something for all its eclectic residents. You’ll find new restaurants, indie movie theaters and comedy clubs around the corner from quiet blocks full of big brownstones and well-kept window boxes. Whether it’s a 24-hour falafel joint, a dark downstairs bar, or upscale furniture shops, the neighborhood appeals to anyone who relishes the culture, history and activity of the city.
Other Things to Note:
Pets are allowed with owner approval and a one time $350 charge. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.
As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.
For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.
- Stays up to 89 nights: $2,500 credit hold
- Stays between 90 and 179 nights: $5,000 credit hold
- Stays of 180 nights or longer: Cash security deposit equal to one month’s rent
All security deposits are processed as a credit card hold 2 days prior to arrival and released 2 days after departure, or as a bank transfer for stays of 180 nights or longer.
