Four days in NYC

The place is clean and the beds are very comfortable. It's a little small for four adults, but for us it was ok because we were out all day. We were able to park the car right in front for free. I would recommand this place

The apartment was nice. There is an odor that lingers in the complex. There are smokers. It did not bother me but should be noted. The host was very nice and helped us when the lockbox was frozen due to the sudden snowfall. Will say the mattresses are a bit old and had mold. That would be my only complaint. Other than that it was a great place. Just a bit far from where we actually going too. It was close to the airport so that was a plus.

Everything was as listed - clean and comfortable. Although we didn’t do any cooking, the kitchen looked well-equipped. The location was convenient to the subway and the park across the street was beautiful. I would stay here again!

The apartment was in good shape and clean. I did not realize the location was in Harlem. The subway trains were only a short walk away. We did enjoy our stay.

Picture are the place you get but the location and cleanliness are the problem. First off the host says Vrbo has their address wrong and sends a new one sending you to a rough part of Harlem. This wouldn’t be a great place for everyone

Unterkunft in Harlem

Einfache Unterkunft/Wohnung. KĂŒche/Bad/Wlan/ Klimaanlage war alles vorhanden. Da die Wohnung im EG liegt, hatten wir eigentlich kein Tageslicht, aber wir waren nur zum Schlafen dort. Hatten netten Kontakt mit der Vermieterin. Nach Eingewöhnung unsererseits waren die Leute superlieb. Gerne wieder.

Un bon choix / a good choice

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans l'appartement de Lisbeth, un appartement spacieux pour 3 personnes avec 2 chambres agréables. Quartier calme et proche du métro distribuant différents quartiers de Manhattan. La découverte de Harlem nous a permis de manger Mexicain et Cajun... Merci à Lisbeth toujours présente si besoin. We enjoyed our stay in the Lisbeth flat, a spacious flat with 2 pleasant bedrooms. Quiet neighbourhood near an underground station, convenient for getting to the different areas of Manhattan. Discovering harlem gave us the chance to eat Mexican and Cajun food. Thank you to Lisbeth, always there when you need her.

Comfortable place to rest

The apartment was nicely decorated and very comfortable to sleep in. It is a little far away from NYC with all the touristy stuff but we just packed for the day and went. Lucilles restaurant was yummy and very welcoming and pretty close to walk to. We also ate at Sugar Hill cafe which was tiny but yummy too.

Comfortable stay!

This 2 bedroom apartment was as accurate as the posting! Cute and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a couple-day stay in the city. Check in process was straightforward, close to subway lines for convenience. The host was very responsive if we needed anything! Located inside an apartment building so be sure to be respectful and considerate of the other tenants.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a very easy check in and check out. The bedding and bathroom were very clean. We felt safe in the neighborhood and we're very comfortable. We may stay here again in the future.

Be cautious

Got email day before. Mentioned online listing for address was wrong and she assured me with new address. When we got there, had to use my husbands jackknife (literally) to open lockbox. Got into place. The hallway smelled of skunk(not skunk if you know what I mean). The two rooms were adequate. The kitchen was not clean. Stuff on floor and splatter that had been stuck for awhile in cabinets. Seemed like pancake batter. Had to take my fingernail and scrape it off. Powder all over floor I had to sweep up. And the sponge for washing dishes
..,no way was I going to use that
..it was stuck to sink. So I contacted host and sent pics. She was so sorry. Which was very nice. She ordered and sent new sponges as well as wash clothes. So so going to bed
.its true the city never sleeps and we get that. But when you wake up for hours with dogs barking and kids crying and people shouting and also
..the smell of skunk coming straight into bedroom cause window is right above bed

not skunk. Obviously drugs. It was too too much. We could not wait to leave. So not happy with staying there. Again host got us wash clothes and sponges but

no. I wouldn’t go there again.

Family NYC Stay

This apartment was perfect for our family to be able to have easy access to get into manhattan. It smelled very clean upon arrival. Broken Keurig pot but there was a drip we used. Neighborhood was Harlem and we loved it. Great food everywhere and a quick walk to the subway. The addres appeared wrong i Vrbo so I was worried when the owner notifiede but the it tirned oht nicer than than expected. We'd stay again!

The apartment was perfect for us. Comfortable, location was convenient. Host presented us with subway info and restaurant suggestions which was invaluable. The host also was able to accommodate a last minute request. It was incredible helpful and appreciate the flexibility.

Not a safe location

We are well travelled and stay in NYC often. We were well aware this location was in NE Harlem but going out on a limb I would argue this is not a safe location for anyone not local to the area to stay.
