Relax with the whole family at this peaceful & quiet retreat close to Lake Garfield, Skiing and the best of the Berkshires. Open floor plan with vaulted ceiling, wood burning stove, skylights & hot tub make this a great find. Three bedrooms but house sleeps 8 (as pull out queen bed in downstairs den). Fully stocked chef's kitchen w/oversized island, wrap-around deck, lake views and ample room for entertaining. Stroll a few blocks to town beach, boat launch and our kayaks. Just the place for your family getaway!

The space
This serene, 3-level home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests:
Main Level: Soaring vaulted ceilings, skylights, and an open-concept great room with a classic wood-burning stove. The fully equipped chef’s kitchen features an oversized island – perfect for cooking and entertaining. The main level includes a primary suite with ensuite bath. Step onto the wraparound deck to enjoy the evening stars, a gas grill and lake views. Games & puzzles galore as there is something for everyone to enjoy for a quiet family night of just being together.

Upper Level: A beautiful second primary bedroom (with high ceiling) and a bunk room all sharing a full bath. Spacious loft ideal for reading or playtime is also on this level.

Lower Level: An oversized private room that serves as both an extra bedroom (with pull out queen sofa bed) and den/TV room. A secondary space is designated for working out as it is equipped with a treadmill, weights and other exercise equipment. Walk out access to the hot tub and patio are from this level. It becomes another perfect spot to unwind after a day on the slopes or lake.

* 5 min walk to the town beach with sandy shoreline, lifeguard, and boat launch.
* 2 kayaks available for guest use, stored on the town’s lakeside kayak racks — perfect for paddling and exploring Lake Garfield from spring through fall
