This was a fantastic stay. The view of the ocean waves was wonderful. The beach was close and easy to access. Plenty of places to walk my dog. The furniture was comfortable and kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. Elevator made for easy access. Would definitely love to stay again.

The condo was cozy, welcoming, clean, and very well-maintained. The kitchen was well supplied, the beds were comfortable, and the view was spectacular! Our family of 4, two adults and two teenagers were very comfortable staying for two nights at this property. We especially appreciated the balcony and living room views (amazing) and the washing machine. I also loved the easy walking distance to local restaurants. Our only complaint would be that even with fans, the bedrooms were very warm at night. Overall we would highly recommend the property.

This condo was absolutely amazing!!!! We have stayed at quite a few rentals along the Oregon Coast and this condo was indeed the "best of the best" The condo was well stocked for our time there. Everything associated with the condo worked well and we felt very comfortable and secure throughout our stay. We appreciated the opportunity to have available parking in the garage rather than along the street. Best of all of of course was the magnificent view of the ocean as well as the access to the beach front. We appreciated how quiet the building was as well how respectful the other occupants of the building were. The town of Rockaway beach was also amazing with many areas toi explore. Overall we had an amazingly awesome trip. We strongly believe that we have found our "go to" place whenever we make plans for a vacation to the Oregon Beaches. We have already made a reservation for the same rental in October.

I've been hosting my family's vacation rentals for several years, though I'm relatively new to VRBO. And I love sharing our favorite spot with others. From wide endless beaches to perfect consistency ice cream at Beach Breeze, and even wiener dog races at 4th of July, there's nothing quite like a relaxing Rockaway Beach vacation!

By day, I'm a public school teacher in the Portland metro area.

This little slice of Rockaway is the perfect balance of quiet residential, but close to down. Once you arrive, there's no need to drive. The beach, shops, and restaurants are all within walking distance.

We are also located away from the crowds at the wayside public beach access or the local hotels.

Rosie's Perch is located on the top floor and has spectacular ocean views. Modern comforts abound - AC, smart TV's, full kitchen, comfortable beds - while the beach is just across the street.
