This lavish vacation home is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with a large yard for hosting- and most importantly- playing pickleball on your very own private court! If the weather turns, a large and well-stocked gaming room is situated in the basement, complete with a pool table, shuffleboard, air hockey, wall games, and more! for those seeking a fun time. Hosting a holiday dinner? With a large, well-stocked kitchen and a bonus kitchenette, prep will be a breeze!

Courtside Estate boasts three large living areas, a large kitchen and bonus-kitchenette, 2 laundry units, 7 bedrooms, and 5 bathrooms to provide ample space for your group. If you are looking for a great location for entertaining your group, this is the spot for you!

Wake up and relax with a cup of coffee in the bright and sunny living room, or in the fenced-in yard- complete with fire pit, hammock chairs, and outdoor dining.

Unwind in the large open kitchen, furnished with a double-wide fridge and freezer combo, new appliances, and a large island for your cooking desires. Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything to make your favorite home-cooked meals- just grab your groceries! Coffee is supplied for those early morning goers, along with essential spices, oils, and baking supplies.

Each bedroom is furnished with luxury beds made up with high-quality linens, large closets, and work space.

We do accept dogs with a $200 pet fee per dog up to 2 dogs. Please let us know if you plan on bringing a dog.
