Situated directly above the famous Sunset Cliffs, this beachy bungalow home is the perfect couple's escape to seaside bliss. Boasting incredible views and generous outdoor space, you and your special someone will enjoy the sounds of waves crashing and amazing sunsets. This bright, one-bedroom cottage features recent updates and picturesque vistas. The kitchen comes well-appointed with a stainless-steel refrigerator, microwave, and oven to make for easy mealtime when you want to eat in. Enjoy meals at the four-seater dining area, or head out to the expansive, shared patio for alfresco dining with exquisite oceanfront views. As the sun sets, toast to the day on the enclosed, private front patio, an intimate area to entertain.

All four Cliffside Retreats are bookable for larger groups. THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK:
The oceanfront patio area as well as the hot tub is shared with the other three units.
Please note, this unit does not have oceanfront views from within the home. The patio is oceanfront with amazing views north, west, and south of the cliffside patio!
NO smoking is allowed inside or outside any of our properties - NO EXCEPTIONS! This includes cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, and vaping.
One dog (1) is allowed per stay. Pet fees ($150 + tax) are due and the pet must be disclosed. Sorry, no cats allowed.
A single mini split HVAC unit is provided in the living room for your comfort at no additional cost.
This home has a maximum occupancy of 3 guests at any time and can sleep up to 3 in beds.
Please note that security cameras are installed on the property, monitoring the alley parking spaces, the alley view from the back patio, and the shared patio.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting.

All occupants must be 25 or older unless children are accompanied by parents.
Your reservation will be confirmed once the Occupancy Agreement has been signed and the initial payment has been received. Photo ID and Credit Card photo verification required to complete booking. We do not accept American Express and Discover.
San Diego Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy, Age Policy and Pet Fee Policy supersedes the policies of VRBO and Airbnb.

Our cancellation policy will allow you to cancel your reservation up to 30 days prior to your arrival. There is a cancellation fee of 10% of the total payment or $300, whichever is higher. If you cancel your reservation within 30 days of your arrival, there are NO REFUNDS. If you feel that this may cause an issue with your travel itinerary and availability, please consider Travel Insurance.
