Ce condo studio est situĂ© dans la magnifique ville balnĂ©aire de Mission Beach Ă  San Diego, Californie, Ă  quelques pas du sable et de la promenade. Le condo est juste 1/4 mile au nord du cĂ©lĂšbre parc Belmont: manĂšges, divertissements, restaurants dĂ©licieux. Ce condo est un studio Ă©quipĂ© d’une cuisine complĂšte et mesure environ 275 pieds carrĂ©s. Il y a un grand lit situĂ© dans un loft auquel vous utilisez une Ă©chelle pour accĂ©der. Il y a aussi un futon complet. Il est idĂ©al pour 2 adultes mais peut en contenir 4 si vous le souhaitez. Les enfants et les animaux domestiques sont les bienvenus. Cette propriĂ©tĂ© n'a pas l'air conditionnĂ©. Cette propriĂ©tĂ© ne dispose pas d'une place de parking. Le stationnement peut ĂȘtre trouvĂ© dans la rue.

This was a perfect spot for a solo beach vaca. The location was so convenient. Literally steps from the beach, and plenty of food options within walking distance. The bed situation would probably be a bit awkward with two people, but cozy if you're not picky about that. Would love to go again sometime whenever I need some beach time!

Location was absolutely pertext. The condo was very clean and upgraded. The condo is suitable for 1 person or a young couple. Access to the loft bed is very difficult so I slept on the futon which was very comfortable. No view of the beach or ocean from the condo , but there is a great sitting area in the complex that does have a fabulous view of the boardwalk, beach and ocean.

Perfect little spot for 2. 20 seconds from the beach, short walk to shopping and food. Don’t park overnight at Belmont park, you will get towed.

Sweet getaway

Great location if you are looking for oceanfront property, there is no ocean view from the unit, but it is on the beach, literally. You just need to walk out of the unit to the beach. Very clean, well managed. It was perfect for 2 of us.

My friend and I loved our stay! Fabulous location!! Parking was tricky but also a fun challenge! The manager of the complex was super helpful when needed and the owner prompt to answering! Highly recommend this clean cute nest of a place. Loved sleeping in the loft. Would be difficult for an elderly person to get in. The only thing I’d recommend is a differe t type of ladder. That medal one is hard in the feet!

Great Location!

Wi-Fi was a bit spotty and kids couldn’t get tv to work. Other than that would recommend! Also communication with host was super quick and pleasant. Enjoyable trip!

Weekend getaway.

We went for a weekend getaway and it was perfect. One night at the amusement park. One day at the beach and getting a tattoo. Plenty of restaurants around. Everything is in walking distance. Ask for the parking spot. It’ll save you a ton of headaches

Great location!

This condo is exactly as advertised. It may not have an ocean view but it certainly has the best location. The patio is wonderful to sit and people watch and enjoy the ocean. Our son really enjoyed having Belmont only be a couple of blocks away. I would highly recommend this location!

We loved the location. The bunk bed sleeping in our unit was very noisy . We cam hear footsteps, noises, coversation from upstairs while sleeping and also the steet. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Great location

The unit was odd, but we found the loft bed, so comfortable, and being so close to Mission Beach was really fun! I feel as though for the cost the unit could’ve been a little more stocked, like there is a coffee machine and coffee filters, but no coffee. Overall really fun to say, and the area could not have been better. Even the neighbors were very friendly.

The host was very friendly and communicative, and even allowed me to check in early due to my flight, which I really appreciated. The condo is also just a short walk from the beach, which is a big plus.That said, the unit has some serious drawbacks. While the listing is transparent about not having air conditioning, there’s almost no ventilation. Only one of the two windows opened, which made it uncomfortably warm and difficult to sleep. The ceiling fan helped a little, but not enough.The space itself is very small (about 268 sq ft per Zillow) with no room to unpack belongings, and the furnishings were disappointing. There were no couch cushions, and the couch pictured in the listing is not the one currently in the unit.Overall, while the location and host are great, the lack of comfort and ventilation made for a tough stay.

Great overall

The bed was comfortable but location was not. The loft is next to a window and the area heats up quickly and gets bright early. Id assume that’s all summer. Other than that it’s as advertised. Location is excellent, and the host was responsive. I wish I would have known about the properties foot wash station to get the sand off earlier and that they had a few beach supplies e.g. beach blanket, towels, chairs, umbrella.
