Blazin' Saddles is a family friendly, spacious 3BR/2BA cabin that is located close to Dollywood and Splash Country. This cabin is tucked away in a quiet and tranquil setting, yet it is close to all of the attractions. Our cabin offers a climate controlled game room with a pool table, card table & a multi player arcade game. Like the outdoors? We have a fire pit and a basketball goal. Relax in the new outdoor hot tub and listen to the sounds of nature! Blazin' Saddles is your home away from home!

The space:

Welcome To Blazin' Saddles! Our single level cabin is located a short distance to Dollywood and just 10 minutes from the Parkway in Pigeon Forge! The perfect cabin for your next family getaway!

Upon your arrival at the cabin, you will see we have a flat, gravel parking area that is perfect for 2-3 vehicles.

Upon entering the cabin, you enter into an open floor plan which gives you 2 separate living spaces. One living area is perfect to read a book by the cozy gas fireplace. In the other living area, you have a large screen Smart TV with a DVD library as well.

As you enter into the dining area, you have a beautiful dining table, which seats up to 6 people. The kitchen is well appointed with every amenity needed to cook a holiday feast or a good ole country breakfast. Don't forget the coffee bar! Take your choice between the Keurig or the drip coffee maker when you are serving coffee to more than just yourself.

The Master BR is off of the dining and kitchen areas, giving privacy from the other two bedrooms. The oversized master suite has an extra comfy, air adjustable King bed, walk-in closet, full bathroom with a tub and shower combo. And, we can't forget the Smart TV to watch your favorite movies! *In the closet, you will find an extra mattress for sleeping 2 more people, which can be placed in the area of your choice, as well as a pack and play with sheets.*

As we head off to the other bedrooms, you will find a full bathroom in the hallway that is easily accessible to the other two bedrooms. This bathroom is large and has an extra room designated for the washer and dryer.

In the bedroom on the left at the end of the hall, you have another spacious bedroom with a King bed, closet and a 48" Smart TV.

In the bedroom on the right, you have a full size bed, closet and 42" TV as well.

Looking for the entertainment?! Head outside to the separate garage space that is climate controlled, perfect for all seasons! The garage is full of fun! Challenge your friends or loved ones to a game of pool or jump over to the arcade to have a duel of Pac-Man! Poker, your game? See who has the best poker face at the card table! We also have a basketball game for those who love the hoops! For anyone who just wants to sit and enjoy watching, rather than playing, we have included a few sofas and a TV! Kids of all ages love this space!

Love the outdoors? Bring your firewood and S'mores for the outdoor fire pit. Enjoy nature as you sit by the fire or take a relaxing soak in the new outdoor hot tub. There is nothing like the peace and serenity of nature.

Don't forget the grill! You have a propane grill on the deck by the hot tub. This can be used year round as well!

**If you are planning to visit during the winter months, I strongly suggest purchasing travel insurance to protect your stay, in the event of emergencies or weather related events!**

You have full, private access to the entire cabin.
Other things to note:

SMOKING OR VAPING IS NOT PERMITTED INSIDE THE CABIN! IF YOU SMOKE INSIDE THE CABIN, YOU WILL BE CHARGED $350 TO HAVE THE CABIN TREATED.

NO ILLEGAL DRUGS OR UNDERAGE ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION IS ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY!

NO HOUSE PARTIES OR LOUD MUSIC WILL BE TOLERATED!

DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE! Moving furniture can cause damage to the furniture and to the flooring, not to mention someone can get hurt doing so.

You are provided with a start up of toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. This is usually enough to get you through the 1st night of your stay. You are responsible for providing any extra items you may need for the remainder of your stay.

We do not provide firewood for the fire pit. You can pick that up at local markets and convenience stores.

Ladybugs are protected in the Smokies, so pest control services are not an option. The National Park Service released millions of Asian lady beetles into the park to fight a tree-killing insect, so the Park Service won't allow spraying specifically for ladybugs. We often see them in the fall when we have cooler weather. They are attracted by the sun as they are looking for warmth.
