Our stay was great. The location of this house is extraordinary. It is writhing walking distance to downtown. Everything was clean, and we had no problems. The host did an outstanding job communicating with us. I would definitely stay again.

Wonderful location a block from main downtown area but on a quiet street. The house is very well maintained and nicely decorated! Communication was smooth as was check in and check out. Will definitely stay again when we visit family!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely 3-bedroom house in Boerne! The location was perfect for our family weekend trip to see Dickens on Main. Being within walking distance of Main Street meant we never had to worry about parking, which was a huge bonus.The house itself was extra clean, comfortable, and stocked with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. We especially loved the backyard—such a peaceful spot overlooking Main and the river, complete with friendly ducks that the kids adored.Jennifer and Lloyd were fantastic hosts: kind, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. We truly felt welcomed.Highly recommend this property, and we will definitely choose to stay here again for future trips to Boerne!

Our stay at the River House was exactly what we needed as a family. The house is beautiful ,clean and nestled among beautiful trees and the river running behind the backyard. It is located one street off of Main Street with all of its many shops and restaurants. The perfect location for the Boerne experience. The owner was quick to respond with any of our questions. I highly recommend The River House in Boerne !

We had an amazing stay with my little family of 4, including a 3.5 year old and a baby. The location was perfect for walking up and down Main, getting to the river path, and had a huge backyard to run around in. The only thing to consider is if you have little kids like mine, there are things for them to get into or break that you'll need to monitor. Open shelving in the kitchen, knife drawer, glass coffee table, no safety locks, etc. Not a huge deal at all and very manageable, just requires diligence.

The house is so cute and very clean. Excellent location within walking distance of Main Street. The host was quick to reply and get in touch with if needed.

Great location to downtown

We were pretty disappointed to find out the playground had been sold and patio furniture was missing all the cushions when we arrived. When you have children, you pick a house based off things they would enjoy. The host was out of town and slow to respond. Didn’t offer to help make the patio more comfortable during our stay, and shrugged off the missing playground saying it was sold prior to our check in! Such a bummer. Grill was present but not accessible at all. The professional online pictures of the property were definitely misleading. On the other hand the view of the creek is pretty, we had some deer visitors. The location is great to downtown and bathroom fully stocked with lots of towels.
