Newly remodeled ,spacious home located in the heart of Boerne. Great for family or friend getaway. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee in the screened porch overlooking your private access gate to Old Depot Trail. Enjoy the cute tree house located in the backyard. 2 minutes from downtown Boerne with unique stores, restaurants and breweries. Take a stroll down River Road park and feed the ducks or do a little fishing. Home is centrally located to so many amazing places. Minutes away from San Antonio, 40 minutes away from Hill Country Fredericksburg and other quaint small towns. 20 minutes from SixFlags and 30 minutes away from Sea World. Spacious , clean and nice big yard for kids with tree house and area for our Maltese to play comfortable place to stay . I would recommend this place for families.

Great Stay

Lots of room, which was perfect for our stay. Plenty of beds too. The screened-in back porch was wonderful, and a lovely backyard right up against a nice walking trail.

Great House

Other than a minor issue with the access code, our stay was flawless. This is a great house for large groups with or without kids. Excellent location. Convenient to everything you’ll need. We would definitely recommend this house.

Perfect friends getaway

We had a long weekend so we took advantage of the time and went to Boerne. We shopped, ate, and took the kids to the caverns. It was perfect for our 3 families to all stay together.

Overall, our stay was good. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, and the kids enjoyed the treehouse! What kept it from being excellent were several small details. There were not enough towels (if it sleeps 14, you need at least 18 towels). The ceiling light in one bedroom was not working. The upstairs bathroom needs a motion-sensing night light (I moved a bedside lamp into it for our stay). We didn't have Kleenex or extra TP (although our host had them delivered quickly once we asked). Apart from these, we enjoyed our stay.

Family girls trip at Christmas

We had a wonderful time even though it rained! We shopped in Boerne and made it to the Fredricksburg parade. Always a good time with this group! The house was perfect and we had lots of leisure time.

We stayed at this rental for over a month and loved it. It was in a great neighborhood, pretty quiet and nice to take walks in with our baby and dog. Everyone was so nice in the area. The house was just what we needed to stay in to get to know the area before buying a house. I feel like it was 5-8 minutes from everything we did in Boerne. Lots of trails to go to, shopping, grocery stores, etc. I will definitely recommend for family and friends who come to visit us to stay here!! Also, the house had everything we needed in the kitchen which was a HUGE plus for us !(pots,pans, coffee maker, toaster, etc).

Good, safe neighborhood with ample parking. Amenities and accommodations were as you would expect and sufficient. Host was easy to get in contact with and pricing was fair. We would definitely book again if need be.

The house IS beautiful and large but there were only 2 rolls of toilet paper and 5 towels for a party of 10 for 2 days. The upstairs bath had to be plunged several times and there were only 2 extra kitchen trash bags and half a roll of paper towels. Not set up for a large family at all. The outside lawn chairs were busted also. This is my 3rd house I have rented in Boerne and will not rent it again.

House was very clean and comfortable. Instructions were clear and concise. The location is superb(especially when you are addicted to MARY’s TACOS). Neighborhood was very quiet. All the ingredients for a lovely stay over the Holidays!

Crisp, Clean and Comfortable

Tastefully remodeled, this lovely very spacious home in a cool neighborhood was ideal for my family while gathering to celebrate my brother’s 80th birthday at the Tusculum Brewery in Boerne just a mile away. The furnishings were fresh with comfortable seating and beds. Plenty of parking and eating areas including an outdoor covered and screened patio with a picnic table. We were delighted to be able to walk to downtown historic Boerne where we discovered fun shops, good live music, and cold beer. Quite enjoyable!

The host was incredibly friendly and rectified some issues we had with pet hair and lack of soap. We did know that the house is “pet friendly,” but did not expect there to be dog hair on the furniture, throw blankets, and bath mat. The host explained that they would be having a conversation with their cleaning service, as there was human hair in the bed linens, and in the showers. The sheets and towels are very old, pilled and rough. The mattresses are incredibly thin and very uncomfortable. The outdoor seating was very dirty and some was torn and very old. With just a bit of money spent, this rental would be great. Unfortunately, I would not choose to stay here again when returning to Boerne. The house itself was pretty, and can accommodate a large group.

The property is a good size and accommodated us well and we really enjoyed our stay however there were a few issues I just wanted to share so they can be fixed for the next guest. The smoke alarm battery in one room is low so it is constantly beeping, the upstairs shower/tub does not drain well, there is no bath mat in the upstairs bathroom, the fan in the upstairs TV room wouldn’t work and when we got there some breakers had blown so we had to switch them back on.

Thank you so much for the feedback. We are glad we could fix the problem while you were having your stay and maintenance was able to come over and change out batteries in smoke alarm. Also, we will let future guest know that bath mats can be found in linen closet. We wash them after every visit and and have them stored where towels are located.

Nice house

We stayed here for our son’s wedding at the Lost Mission and it was very nice. The only issue was the bed in the master bedroom. It was horrible. Thin mattress and sagged terribly. Only one person could sleep in it. The other bedrooms were great!

Perfect with one hiccup

Easy check-in/out procedures. Communication with the host was prompt. The property was very nice and clean. Great location (just a few minutes drive to downtown Boerne where you can stroll, shop, eat, etc. and a fast 30-40 min drive to San Antonio) Plenty of space and beds everywhere! 2 bathrooms so with a large crowd that became an issue at times. The hiccup occurred the night of check-in. Another group arrived after us saying they also booked this property but through another site. (We booked through VRBO.) While we were talking to the new people they noticed their booking was suddenly cancelled. Not sure how that double-booking occurred or how it was resolved but it did make for a very uncomfortable situation. It also made me realize if they had gotten there first, we would likely be in the same situation as they were. Very unfortunate. Other than some annoying fruit flies that were there when we arrived, everything else was great. I would recommend this property and the area of Boerne!
