Cette maison spacieuse et moderne dispose de 2 chambres, une à chaque extrémité de la maison. Chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bain et dressing. Parfait pour 4 personnes. Il y a deux canapés-lits, un lit queen et un jumeau, donc 2 personnes supplémentaires peuvent y entrer si vous voulez être confortable.

L'intérieur de la maison a été rénové et amélioré à l'automne 2018. le
Les couleurs du rouge et du gris rocheux célèbrent les coquelicots de Californie, qui éclatent du sol aride du désert chaque mars pour éblouir le monde avec leurs teintes brillantes. Les couleurs de cette maison rendent hommage à ces fleurs vibrantes et résistantes et au désert montagneux dont elles sont issues.

Le parcours de golf de l'Indian Palms Country Club est magnifique et pourtant une partie de golf est très abordable. Vous pouvez marcher de la maison au terrain de départ. Le garage est assez grand pour deux voitures et une voiturette de golf.

Profitez du mobilier propre et contemporain dans toute la maison ainsi que d'une bonne nuit de sommeil sur le matelas premium Simmons dans les chambres.
Surfez sur la multitude de chaînes câblées sur le téléviseur à écran plat Toshiba de 55 pouces.

Tous les appels téléphoniques vers l'Amérique du Nord sont inclus afin que vous puissiez vous enregistrer avec votre famille et vos amis ou leur dire que vous avez passé un bon moment.

We stayed at the house for Coachella 2026. We love this neighborhood because you can walk across Monroe to the festival grounds. The house was just as described - clean, spacious, well stocked, we had everything we needed, and having the extra half bath was amazing! Macy and Andrea made sure our check in and check out was easy, checked in on us to made sure everything was smooth and were friendly and easy going. We will definitely try to make this our annual Coachella staple!!

Spectacular home in a fantastic location. We were just 10 minutes away from great shopping and dining. The house was impeccably clean and perfectly appointed for a comfortable stay. Great Stay!

Came in for Stage Coach. Property and location were great! Very nice gated community. Small pool a few minutes walk around the block. Beds and furniture comfortable. Great protected patio with padded chairs. Well equipped kitchen with gas stove and fridge with water and ice maker. Perfect place for two couples to share a great week long stay in Indio! Would definitely stay again if back in the area. Thanks Macy!

Very nice but front room furniture very short for tall people not real comfortable. No frying pans as 2 small ones very rusted and scratched. Overall beautiful home..

Wonderful Home - Short Walk to Polo Fields

Macy’s home was beautiful and she and her associate Jim, who helped with the check in, were both lovely and very communicative. The house had everything you could need and then some! Plenty of towels/dishes etc. The house is deep into the neighborhood and very quiet though being a corner lot, it you can listen to music etc without being much of a disturbance to people around you. The home is super close to the polo fields, in fact the longest walk is through the neighborhood, but they offered $10 parking to park at the front of the Neigborhood and cut 20 minutes off the walk which was really nice! I would definitely book this place again! Thanks Macy!

All went very well. Plenty of towels, bedding and supplies. Kitchen was reasonably stocked. Could have been a bit cleaner, but the owner made an adjustment for us. Used the pickleball facility that the owner had arranged for us. Good stay. Would rent again.

Clean, private and convenient

A nice house in a great, gated neighborhood close to everything. It was very clean and had the necessities- not a lot of extras (like coffee) but for what we needed it was perfect. Good communication with owner. The only thing that was odd is the front door just had the deadbolt and no lock on the door handle- it wasn't an issue - just odd. More keys and better labeled would be helpful for the renters. Overall, great place and great price! I would rent it again!

Beautiful home!

This home is beautiful! It’s on a very quiet area. We were in the area for a destination wedding. We didn’t cook but the kitchen looked as though it had everything you would need. Macy checked on us as did her property manager. The master bed was very comfortable as was the living room furniture. It was a great place to stay!

Highly Disappointed

Our stay at this home was good, the property was clean and location was good. But the only disappointment was while at the home when I attempted to use the stove for the first time one of the stove knobs fell off. After this we contacted Jim (Property Manager) via phone and email and the Home Owner (Macy) via email about what happened. Macy responded thanking me for informing her about incident and Jim came over and my husband showed him the knob and explained to him what happened and that we met it broken. Jim advised my husband that he will deal with it and we left it at that. We didn't use that burner again during our stay. Now that we are back home we now get an email to inform us about a new charge for a stove knob. We don't feel as if its fair that we pay for something that we didn't do. Also we called Jim about it and he was blatantly rude about the situation stating that he assumed that we broke the knob and that he doesnt know what kind of stoves we have but in the US they have push in and turn knobs and he started to get loud with my husband and hung up the phone. So please check all knobs and fixtures in the home before the property manager leaves to prevent this from happening to you!!!!!!

Hello Lakeisha: I am sorry that you did not have a good experience. Jim and I try our best to take care of our guests. 1. I agree that it is a good idea to do a thorough visual check of the house during check-in, similar to doing so when picking up a rental car, to avoid disagreement like this. That is stated in the written check-in information I send to all guests prior to checking in. 2. Jim has been taking care of the house for years and cleans it thoroughly; the stove area is an area that needs extra cleaning after each set of guests check out. He knows what is broken and where. Jim has gone above and beyond for your group: 1. Jim was the one who offered your group an extra night stay at the house for free because your group missed out on the first night at the house due to luggage delay at the airport. That was $123, plus 13%, in value. 2. You ordered several online packages to the house and a few of them arrived earlier than your arrival. Package receiving and storage services is NOT a part of the services in our rental services. Jim made extra trips several times to pick up those packages nonetheless and stored them safely for you. Amazing Home Away From Home

From the very initial contact with the owner, this experience was top notch! The home was exactly as pictured and the owner and her manager (Jim) made us feel at home. There were high temperatures in the area that caused the electric company to have special rules. Macy ( the owner) told us that up front before agreeing to the contract. She was totally honest with us up front. I cannot tell you what wonderful hosts come with this beautiful property. The property is beautiful and we enjoyed spending quiet time with our family here. If we are ever in the area again, this will be our FIRST choice!
