The condo needs major work. The utensils are horrible. No plastic, only glass cups, plates, etc. Cookware, reasonable but not anything compared to previous visits with other condos at Emerald Skye. We have stayed the past years in #1, (once) #61 (more than 15 times, when there was an actual VRBO person, Patti Adams) And once on the 3rd floor. It's a great location. Here is my review. --No storage and never rec'd a call back after checking in. NO CALL BACK to at least let me know it wasn't available to the public anymore. --Toilet is absolutely horrible! You have to lift the tank almost every time after a flush to get it to FLUSH. (the handle hook, inside the tank)--Chairs on patio.... I have pics of what was left. On day 2, my husband was sitting it the grey broken one. One minute he was fine, and it totally collapsed on him! Thank goodness he did not have an injury. The 4th day, he sat in one of the taller ones and it didn't collapse - but it did almost bust on the screws on top of the seat. He weighs 210# so it should have supported his weight. Orange Beach has changed so much in two years since we have been. We left 2 days early (Saturday) because we were so disappointed in the place. When on vacay and you miss home more than staying, that's not a good thing. I see Brett's name all over the place. The fancy condos surely get more attention than the cheaper ones. I was so disappointed and will not be back unless it is more personable! Pics, if needed
