We're confident you'll fall in love with this spacious 5-bedroom, 3-bath farmhouse and its peaceful, secluded setting in the middle of farm, ranch, & hunting country, yet just 1 mile off blacktop roads and a few minutes from Meade State Lake.

The house features a large kitchen & dining area for family meals and a large living room with a smart TV for your entertainment. Speaking of entertainment, the basement includes a ping pong table and foosball table plus there's lots of yard space outside where you can choose to play the 3-hole disc/frisbee golf course, croquet, corn hole, or just simply soak up the wonderful views, watch local wildlife, sunrises & sunsets, or take a leisurely walk down a quiet country lane.

With 8 beds, there's plenty of room to spread out for a good night's sleep. The master bedroom/bathroom located on the main floor has a queen bed. A second bedroom on the main floor also has a queen bed with a full bathroom directly across the hall. The upstairs has 3 bedrooms; 1 with a queen bed, 1 with a queen bed and twin bunk beds, and the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. A futon couch/bed is also located on the upstairs landing. The upstairs has a full bathroom to accommodate the guests staying upstairs.

While dogs are not permitted in the house, hunters and dog lovers have access to the large garage on the premises. Bring your own dog crate and adequate bedding for the season. Please be responsible and clean up behind your dog inside and out.

Bird hunters may also clean birds in the garage during inclement weather or after dark if they agree not to make a mess and to clean up behind themselves. A small tarp and a few trash bags make the task easier. Please dispose of the waste responsibly.
