Beautiful home and beautiful view

The downstairs apartment was beautiful and exactly as described. The bed was large enough our 3 boys chose to do "sleepovers" rather than utilize the sleeper sofa and loved it. Beautiful location that over looks the mountains. The owners are the sweetest and super responsive. We would absolutely stay with Cheryl again. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Family colorado trip

Cheryl and Tim have outdone themselves with this property. Everything is up to date and clean! Both bedrooms are very large and spacious with great decorations. The bathrooms is large as well and comes stocked with plenty of towels and other things you may forget like makeup wipes, toothpaste and mouthwash! Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook full meals and Cheryl even provides essential like coffee, filters, creamers, etc. I was excited to see ziploc bags because who can remember those on a trip! The futon in the living room is very comfortable. 2 of our teenagers slept on it all week and were completely happy! And the favorite for ALL of us was the pool table. Very much a crowd pleaser! But if you don’t like pool, you can place the ping pong table on top! There is also family games and books provided. There is nothing lacking in this property! And the hosts are top notch! If we return to the area, we will absolutely stay here again!

Originally from New Mexico, I’m feeling at home again living in Colorado, which is a dream come true. That Rocky Mountain thing is hard to shake!

My line of work is airlines/healthcare. I love both but have a passion for hosting and sharing our little piece of CO. Endless possibilities exist to explore this beautiful area: hiking, a neighborhood walk, concerts at Ford Theater in Colorado Springs, Red Rock Ampitheater in Morrison, visiting The United States Air Force Academy, Cheyene Mountain Zoo, The Broadmoor Hotel, Glen Eyrie Castle, the little town of Palmer Lake, downtown Monument, dining out at the numerous restaurants/breweries, visiting multiple museums
there is so much to see and do and certainly something for everyone!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We chose this neighborhood because of the beautiful setting and peace and quiet. There are many places to enjoy the views of Pikes Peak, The Rampart Range and even the The Palmer Lake Star when it’s lit up.

The neighborhood is great for walking or running. I have a lot of various routes to suggest, just ask!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Our home is nicely situated with space around the home to enjoy the beautiful trees and possibly catch sight of deer, a bear, many birds, rabbits, squirrels and maybe even a bobcat.

The inside of the apartment is very cozy and guests always comment on how comfortable and inviting it is. The patio offers a nice place to grill and enjoy a meal, read or just pass time enjoying the outdoors.
