Host welcomed us with an email addressing all the pertinent required info & more!! The hosts thought of everything a traveler might need! Not just soap & towels, but also shaving cream & razor, hair dryer, and lots of pillows, blankets & throw warmers! Kehrrig coffee, hot chocolate, popcorn & other snacks! Smart TV, lounging pillows & nice clean hot showers. Home away from home! SUPERB!!

It was a wonderful location and space. I had my elderly parents and my three young children. We all were so comfortable and in love. The space was large and well set up! We want to visit again soon!

What a lovely spot!

Wow, what a great find this place was! Lovely views of the mountains over the lake - a front row seat for the thunderstorms! - and perfectly placed for our planned day trips down to the Garden of the Gods and Colorado Springs. Nearby Palmer Lake (11 mins drive) was a great recommendation from the host for an evening walk, where we took in the local birdlife, the playpark, and the musicians jamming in the bandstand...Stayed for two nights after flying in from the UK, using this as a base for getting over jetlag before visiting family further north. In our travel-addled state we forgot that there is no hob/stovetop or oven mentioned on the listing (there's a microwave and a toaster oven) and required a second trip to the stores (conveniently just 5 mins away) to adjust our self-catering plans, but if you plan to eat out locally that won't be an issue at all.Ashley was super helpful and responsive in messages yet not at all intrusive during our stay, giving us total privacy. The property is lovely - its design has clearly been really well thought through with guests in mind. Very clean and tidy, well stocked with essentials, and the kids were grateful to have what felt like an entire suite all to themselves! The kind of place we would love to come back to if ever in the area again - thank you!

We had a wonderful stay! Ashley was very attentive if any issues came up and worked hard to address them quickly and with great customer service. The location and view were beautiful! The only thing that would have made it more comfortable would be to have laundry in the unit. Our family of 6 has a true gift for dirtying clothes.

USAFA Drop-Off

We were dropping off our son at USAFA during this trip. This suite was super close to campus and lots of great restaurants. The place was immaculate and the host was super easy to communicate with. We loved the view. We would highly recommend.

Beautiful property next to a nice little scenic lake. The condo was set up perfectly for family with kids or multiple couples. The two bedrooms and bathrooms are separated by a hallway with two doors separating them for maximum privacy. The condo itself looked new and fresh with excellent amenities. Ashley thought of nearly everything when providing necessary supplies. We even had phone chargers, sound machines and fans available to us. It was a wonderful stay and we would love to book again the next time we are in Colorado!

The suite was beautiful, clean and the cold water in the refrigerator was such a boon at the Renaissance Faire! We had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed the views. Privavcy was promised and delivered. I will definitely keep this location in mind for next year.

Lots of snow !

I love this place but was really glad I rented an AWD vehicle because there was about 18 inches of snow and road hadn’t been plowed yet. Also, neighborhood is super dark at night. Unit was really clean and comfortable. Take extra precautions in winter!

Beautiful views and awesome host

What a fantastic stay! Place was beautiful and full of things needed! Most places only offer the bare minimum of daily items such as toilet paper. Ashley had the place full of all needed things and more. No trips to the store to buy dish soap, trash bags, toilet paper, etc. Everything needed was there
including tissues, lotion, coffee, water, snow brush, shovel, towels, blankets, salt, and even snacks, hot chocolate, and popcorn! Woodmoor was beautiful and close to food and gas stations. Short drive to do all things Colorado Springs. Thank you Ashley for a memorable family vacation!

Wonderful Stay

My family and I had a wonderful weekend getaway to Monument from Denver. The space was perfect for our family of three, if anything it was too large with plenty of space for 3 more people comfortably. The location was great, the views were beautiful, and the accommodations was so nice!

Clean with a Good View

I recently stayed at this property for 6 days and had a wonderful experience. The house was clean and offered a great view that was truly relaxing. I appreciated the air purifiers, which added an extra sense of comfort. One of my favorite spots was the cozy rocking chair, where I could sit back, relax, and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The house is set up perfectly for families, with plenty of space for parents and kids. It’s a fantastic choice for a peaceful and comfortable getaway!

Lakeside Retreat

This was the perfect location to be for a wedding at Spruce Mountain but also needing to go into Colorado Springs for events. With two sleeping areas and two bathrooms, it gave three adults plenty of room and the kitchenette was perfect. Host was very responsive and we had a great stay.

Beautiful view

Comfortable space to stay. Sat right next to a lake. Was amazing to have my coffee as the sun rose and look out at the water. Seen a herd of deer running around the lake. Very quiet and cozy.
