This home is perfect for family vacation. It’s roomy, packed with essential items for our stay: the kitchen with pots, pans, all utensils; washer and dryer with detergent; extra sheets and blankets. The weather isn’t too hot but we still have a great time at the pool, Long has some floaty ready in the garage. The best about this home is its location. We’re literally closed to all events and stores. The commute from a to b is less than 10 minutes which keeps our days more organized and convenient. My family surprise I could find this house for our big family right in the heart of Bolsa so they all saved this address for future vacation!! Thanks Long and Grace for a beautiful home, we will come back!!!!

Wonderful Family Friendly Stay

We had such a great time staying at this property! The house was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. There was plenty of space to comfortably accommodate our large family. We loved the pool, it gave us all a chance to unwind and have fun together. The drive to Disney was quick and easy.Having a grocery store just a few blocks away was super convenient—it made it easy to grab everything we needed for home-cooked family meals.The host was fantastic—super friendly and always quick to respond (usually within minutes!), which made everything go even more smoothly.We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back.

The house was nothing like it showed, weeds in the back, ceiling fan taped up with packing tape. The bed was literally like a bowl. It was as if he had purchased a home to remodel and just threw some beds in and call it remodeled. He responded quickly, but never followed through. We paid to gave the pool heated, but it never got heated. He should not be able to rent that home out.

Booked for home size and pool. Arrived to a home and pool with a few concerns. Appreciate owners response to tend to concerns as we encountered throughout our stay. Would be a 5-Star review if blow-up bed had pump, stayed blown up, and had sheets/pillow. Also, pool had algae and had to delay swim until pool service took care of algae growth. Would have cleaned it myself if pool chemicals and pool brush was available but had to wait. Appreciate owners response to deliver bed, pump, and linen, as well as schedule pool company to clean up algae and resolve concerns.

Our group of 13 stayed at this property and found both positives and a few areas that could use improvement.Pros:The home was spacious and comfortably fit our large group. The beds were very comfortable, which made for a restful stay.Cons:Communication was great up until check-in, but when I asked about bath mats to prevent slipping in the showers, there was no response for over 13 hours. I eventually used the only towels provided for safety. I raised cleanliness concerns after noticing cobwebs on the kitchen ceiling and rodent droppings in the kitchen sink and one of the downstairs showers (photos shared with the host). Both downstairs showers had VERY low water pressure, and the hot water ran out QUICKLY, leaving the upstairs shower as the only reliable option for our group.The listing photos were beautiful, though the home in person didn’t quite match that level of presentation and could benefit from more attention to detail and upkeep. While the host responded quickly to larger issues, smaller concerns went unanswered, which impacted our overall experience. With a few updates and improved communication, this home could be a great stay for large groups.

I rented this home mainly for the pool and space for out-of-town family. It served that purpose, but anything beyond the couple days we stayed would be frustrating. The hot tub never worked, despite following instructions. The heater emitted a gas smell, possibly a pilot issue,and the hose ran across the seating area, creating a trip hazard. Backyard furniture was dirty and worn, the only umbrella was broken, so there was no shade at all. Pool drains were exposed (dangerous!). BBQ propane tanks were empty or unusable. Overgrown weeds lined the yard, and a neighbor’s camera pointed directly at the backyard—very intrusive. Something needs to be done about this instrusion. The house has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main A/C didn’t cool well, and two bedrooms had no A/C at all. The master was the only room with a ceiling fan and TV, but the fan pull broken. The garage had a ping pong and pool table, but the only ping pong ball was quickly lost and the one pool cue was broken. The kitchen and dining areas were spacious and stocked, but the sink leaked badly while doing dishes. The living area was large but could use a deep clean. Trash bins were full on arrival, and the gate had a deadbolt on the outside, raising safety concerns. Anyone would be able to walk in to the backyard, no problem.The owner responded quickly via text, was supposed to come by, instead reviewed camera footage and blamed us for the hot tub issue. The home needs love and needs proper maintenance and care.

As far our expectations go, the residences is not in the exact conditions that was advertised. There was some kinda filter/ AI used to advertise the residences in a much better condition than we found it in. A lot of things are not working properly or don’t work at all. Light bulbs and fan for example. Ceiling fan was taped to the ceiling and the fan didn’t work with a light bulb out. Furniture is dirty, blinds missing and or broken in some areas. Cracked or broken floor pieces and stains on the walls and ceiling in multiple places. A lot of deficiencies in this residence. Low water pressure in all bathrooms. This was definitely not a comfortable pleasant place to stay. We basically stayed in a home that needs a major renovation immediately. Address listed was not the same address given on check in day.
