You'll have exclusive access to the entire house, including all indoor spaces and the outdoor area, offering you a private and tranquil retreat. Relax, unwind, and fully enjoy this serene sanctuary, all to yourself!

For the safety and security of our guests and property, we have installed an exterior security camera at The Pink Palm. The camera is positioned to monitor the entrance and surrounding outdoor areas . There is parking for two (2) small to mid-size vehicles. To ensure smooth access for everyone, kindly avoid blocking the driveway, CVP is not responsible for towed vehicles.

POOL - Please be aware that any guests (or other individuals who use the pool by invitation of the guests) are expressly using the pool at their own risk and accept all responsibility for such use. Neither Curated Vacation Properties nor the property owner shall be held liable for any accidents or injuries that may occur during the use of the pool or adjacent poolside areas.



🚫 Pets are NOT Allowed:

As much as we love furry companions, pets are not allowed at this property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If a pet and/or pet evidence is found at the home we reserve the right to charge a $150/pet fee.



🚫 This is a 100% smoke-free property.

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A fine will be charged ($300) for any in-room smoke evidence. If you wish to smoke, please do so at least 10 feet away from the building outdoors.



🧳 Luggage Drop-Off:

For guests arriving early or departing late, complimentary luggage drop-off is available upon request, so long as the home is clean and empty the night before arrival or the night after departure. Please reach out 24 hours before arrival or departure to confirm availability.



🏙️ Noise Notice:

Our home is in a vibrant neighborhood just steps from King Street’s dining and nightlife. While that energy is part of the experience, city noise may be heard. Please be advised that:

⭐️ A local noise ordinance is in effect from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

⭐️ Guests must be respectful of neighbors during these hours.

⭐️ We do not offer refunds for noise-related issues that are to be expected of the location.

⭐️ By booking, you acknowledge and accept this city setting and the potential for ambient noise.



🧑‍🔧 To help us ensure a great stay, guests must allow us the chance to address any issues during their visit.

Refunds will not be issued for concerns reported after checkout or when resolution efforts are declined.



🏠 We do not control neighboring properties and cannot offer refunds due to dissatisfaction with external factors.

🌀 Hurricane Policy / Extenuating Circumstances:

⭐️ In the event that a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued for our county by the Governor of South Carolina during your stay, we will provide a full refund of all payments made.

⭐️ If no such order is issued, our standard cancellation policy remains in effect, even if weather elsewhere impacts your travel plans.

⭐️ We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance, especially during hurricane season, for added peace of mind.

We just spent the most amazing girls weekend in this beautiful Charleston home, and we couldn't have asked for a better stay! The house was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. We loved the charming details and the perfect location-so close to all the fun spots in Charleston. We can't wait to come back! Highly recommend this gem!
