The Space: Welcome to the Kitchen House, a warm and welcoming retreat perfect for your Charleston getaway. This charming 1,100 square foot home offers two comfortable bedrooms, each with a queen bed, generous closet space, dressers, and windows overlooking the peaceful garden and courtyard!

The first floor features a spacious living area designed for relaxing, complete with cable TV, Wi Fi, and a cozy dining nook. A convenient bathroom with a shower is also located on this level. The fully stocked kitchen makes cooking easy and enjoyable, with full size appliances, cookware, china, flatware, a coffee maker, and an in home washer and dryer.

Upstairs, you will find both queen bedrooms along with a shared full bathroom featuring a tub and shower. Step outside to your private courtyard garden, a tranquil oasis with a bubbling fountain, manicured greenery, and softly lit crepe myrtle trees, perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks.

The home is just a short walk to local shops, galleries, restaurants, and nightlife, and includes an off street parking space for added convenience. Trash cans are located at the back of the driveway near the basketball court.

*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.
