Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire apartment, including the private balcony. The apartment is located on the 29th floor of a new building. To access the apartment, guests must provide their passport prior to arrival for registration with DTCM (Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing) and the building's property management. Upon arrival, guests will need to check in at the reception with their passport. Additional information will be provided prior to guests' arrival.
Other Things to Note:
Please be aware that there is a construction site diagonally from the tower. However, the view from the apartment remains unobstructed, and the apartment is well soundproofed to minimize any noise.
