perfect location

Just come back from Dubai. What a wonderful place!!!! The penthouse is fabulous with its stunning view of JBR beach and Dubai Marina. We spent a lot of time on the terrace in the pool at sunset and in the night, what a dream!! The place is much better than pictures. Thank you Alessandro for the hospitality and for all the suggestions and tips, very nice owner. Thank you for everything

Photos are not what they seem How’s the place was an absolute disgrace. Exposed wiring very dated in the worst place or stayed in my whole life and I travel a fair bit. The host has posted nothing but lies about this place

Dear Michael thanks for you review, but im sorry I don’t think is genuine, I didn’t receive any complain from your guest and they was super happy, really I don’t think you was with them – in fact the booking was managed from another person – was nice have her feedback (true guest) Anyway, how you can see we have about 500 reviews in most popular home holiday portal and we have luckily a super ranking, yes we are so sad when one guest was not with us try to damage our reputation, but we know is not possible have 100% positive feedback. Really, I don’t know your problem, was more easy show me when the guest was on site, you didn’t tell me nothing, so this review for me is absolutely not genuine You decorated also bad position… this is the best famous and central position of Jbr just in middle of beach walk and Dubai Eye front wheel … what is good position for you? About the house, you decelerated not like in photos, do you have any photo for compare the difference, can you share with VRBO? Im sorry but your review is 100% sure not genuine! Dubai owes me nothing!!

I plan an annual retreat and this year I decided to take it to Dubai. Planning an event of this magnitude came with a lot but Alessandro and Hla made the process such a smooth and amazing process. From their intention to detail in the planning process, how they helped me book excursions for a group of 12 and helped me grocery shop and deliver food for everyone. The penthouse was so so nice. With the breath taking views, large and comfy beds to the amazing pool that assisted us with combating the very warm days. Thank you so much I could keep on going with just how amazing my stay was at the penthouse

People stay i the penthouse cant be happy- how you see in my past review i have only one bed review, but was from one not true guest, infact was done from one my competitor, true gest was very happy but VRBO didn't give the true investigation - just image he gave also one * also on the location .... and he told photos was different from the realty.... Quisieramos darle nuestras mas sinceras gracias a la propiedad por el excelente servicio pre y post estancia. Todos los detalles han sido minuciosamente cuidados y explicados. La llegada , a pesar de la hora en medio de la noche, ha sido perfecta y la salida idem. Durante la estancia las Sra. Hla y su asistenta han hecho un excelente trabajo, la limpieza excelente, la comida extrtaordinaria y todo con una sonrisa. La propiedad, siempre anticipandose, estuvo atenta todo el tiempo y en todos los detalles, incluyendo excursiones, etc. realmente nos hemos sentidos como en un hotel de 5 estrellas de lujo. Muchas gracias a todos.

One of the best family vacations at one of the best location in Dubai.

Can’t say enough about the property, the management and the cleaning crew. It truly felt like vacationing at the Burj al Arab or the Armani Hotel. However, better suited for the comfort of a large family wants and needs. I will missed the views from the pool side balconies. Looking forward to our return next year.

The best place I have ever stayed!

Alessandro is a great host who cares about his properties and clients. The penthouses in JBR are some of the nicest apartments I have ever seen with incredible views too. The location is perfect, under 1-minute walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. The maid was on hand to help but was never seen unless asked for, she gave us full privacy. I can guarantee if you are a big booking, you will never find a place as good as this for a large number of people. 100% would recommend to anyone and everyone

Fantastic penthouse in amazing location’

We were a group of 11 ladies celebrating our 40th Birthdays. We had an amazing stay and found our maid, Lah, an absolute star, she could not have been more helpful! What a lovely lady!! Fantastic views, lovely apartment and great location. We had a fantastic time. Great communication with owner.

Great experience!! Want come back

First of all I would like to thank Alessandro for his preciuos tips to live Dubai. What about the apartment was super clean and well arranged. The are all necessary things for your stay. The view from the terrace is just unbelievable we spent some nights to see all the city lights. The pool is amazing!! Near the beach and restaurants and shops. Would definitely come back. I would highly recommend this place to all guest

Perfect place for your family and friends to relax

Alex was great host. The property was exactly as we expected, and was just what we needed. The pool was fantastic, clean and well maintained we enjoyed so much. Gourgeous view from the terrace!! Beds were very comfortable and AC works good. The location is great for seeing Dubai

Great experience in Dubai

The apartment is in the perfect location, just in front the beach and the Beach Mall, in the heart of Dubai. We were 4 families and we took the whole Penthouse. The sea view from the terrace is Amazing, we spent very nice moments at the sunset and children enjoy very much the pool. Ms La is so nice, helpful and friendly. This penthouse is clean, modern and with all the essential amenities. As you see in the photos. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here at any time.
