The Blue House is a 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath modernized Victorian with everything new!! Gorgeous Oakmont US Golf Open Accommodation home that has never been lived in (just completed renovations- literally everything in the house is brand new, including sheets, pillows and comforters!), the Blue House is a fully modernized original Victorian home in the heart of Oakmont, PA, steps from the business district and a 1 mile, 5 minute drive to Oakmont Country Club.
There are 4 spacious bedrooms (2 Kings - or one king and 2 XL twins- and 2 Queens), with 3.5 stunning baths over 3 full floors. The first floor has a double sofa living room with large screen tv, powder room, dining room and brand new eat-in kitchen. The second floor has the primary bedroom with King bed and double showerhead ensuite bath. The second floor also has 2 additional bedrooms both with Queen beds, with another full bath with tub and shower. The top floor is a private suite with sitting room, bedroom (this is the bedroom that can be set up as either 2 XL twins or one King bed) and bath with large tiled shower.
This is a guest house - no one's clothes are in the closets! - brand new fully equipped kitchen, baths, furniture, beds and bedding. Better than staying in a hotel - this is your own private guest house in the middle of Oakmont. You will LOVE it here!!

The Blue House is an authentic Victorian home that has been fully modernized while keeping original characteristics like the fireplace and mantel, pocket doors and wood flooring. The front porch offers a lovely rest after a long day. Bathrooms and kitchen and all brand-new, and the house has never been lived in as our renovations were just completed in March 2025, so there are no clothes in the closets; all bedding and towels are new.
