Well designed and spacious home. Open living area, dining and kitchen had fabulous views. The kitchen is amazing with plenty of storage. Elevator was great to use for my elderly parents and to take luggage and groceries up/down. Love the high deck chairs. Plenty of hooks and towel bars - a big plus! Beds were comfortable for all but my parents - they prefer a harder mattress. Knowing the house is new, more soft surfaces in the open living area would greatly help absorb sound. Owners may also want to consider adding shades like the ones in the bedrooms to pull at night if turtles are hatching. Would still allow for that fabulous view. Another suggestion would be to add a binder with instructions for all of the fabulous appliances - how to use and clean properly. Washable door mats at the sliding doors inside the bedrooms would also decrease sand tracking and protect the floors. We always bring bath mats to use. Ruggable rugs are wonderful! Affordable and machine washable. I have several. Again, loved the home! We had 3-4 days of rainy cold weather and were perfectly at home. Also love the high dining table and have serious envy over the kitchen. Oh, one more suggestion- with all the rain would have been nice to sit under the gazebo without rain dripping through- it’s missing the underlayment.
