This stunning property offers everything you need for a perfect vacation, including:

- A fully equipped kitchen, so you can cook your own meals
- Each room equiped with TV, air conditioning, safe & fan
- A private pool (4 x 3 meters & 1.5 meter depth), perfect for cooling off on a hot day
- A modern terrace sala, where you can relax and enjoy the partial ocean views
- High-speed fiber optic wifi and a router with 1GB wired cable speed or around 300 GB wifi ensure that you can stay productive and connected throughout your stay.

We stayed in Koh Samui from December 24 to 25. Unfortunately, after our arrival, a major power outage affected the entire island of Koh Samui, leaving the villa without electricity, water and air conditioning.After several hours, the owner was very proactive and arranged for us to move to another villa. While the replacement villa had fewer bedrooms and bathrooms than originally booked, it provided electricity, water and air conditioning, which was essential given the circumstances.Although the situation was challenging and the stay remained costly, we truly appreciated the owner’s professionalism, responsiveness, and efforts to find a solution to an issue beyond his control.Overall, a good stay despite unexpected challenges, and we would recommend this host for their responsible and attentive management
