Get ready to relax in our sunny-newly renovated in-law suite. Enjoy breakfast on the peaceful backyard patio. Just 2-blocks over the DC boarder, walk to quaint Takoma Park for the weekly farmer's market or to take METRO to downtown DC. This is perfect place for professionals coming here for work or for a family vacation to the nation's capital!

We are a LGBTQ+ and family friendly environment.

Over 700 sqft, this 1-bedroom/1-bath is an open-space design with a fully equipped kitchen, vaulted ceilings, sitting area, work space, cable TV, and ping pong table/games/musical instruments to enjoy.

The bedroom is separate and has a queen bed, and there is a daybed with trundle (2 twins) in the main living area.

Shared outdoor amenities includes large deck, tables/chairs, enclosed backyard, trampoline, and small garden.

The suite is attached to main home. But has it's own entrance and locks. We are a family of 2 + tiny dog. There is no washer/dryer in suite but we offer a wash and fold laundry service for an additional fee.

Wonderful experience in a lovely family home with a private apartment snd private entrance. A very nice yard is also available to guests.This is a good location. We had easy access to the Takoma Park area. We would recommend this apartment to anyone who would like to be in this area.

The space was unique and beautiful. Unique because as a couple, we were very comfortable. But there would also be plenty of room for a small family to feel comfortable too. Especially with the yard and deck as usable space. The bathroom was quite nice. It's very nicely decorated. The kitchen had everything you would need. And it's very conveniently located.

Modern, very clean, large rooms were great. It appears to be recently built/renovated. The owner was very friendly and responded to texts quickly. We loved it and plan to return when we're back in Takoma Park.

We had a really lovely time at Patricia's suite. We only stayed for one night, but we found that the suite was easy to access, the bed was very comfortable. I loved browsing through the little library in the bedroom. We had no trouble parking and it is a very cute neighborhood with restaurants a short walk away.

I stayed here with my 2 other girls for a concert we were going to at the Fillmore Silver Spring and it was a pleasant stay. The check in process was easy enough and explained well on the listing. The host was very responsive and attentive to details. There were plenty of places for us to order from on DoorDash for food. It is reasonably located from a lot of local hot spots as well like a farmers market and park for taking cute pictures. We would definitely stay again!
