This peaceful stretch of shoreline is ideal for families, offering gentle waves, soft sand, and plenty of space to relax. Step outside and you're just moments from an uncrowded beach known for frequent dolphin sightings and the unforgettable sight of massive container ships gliding toward the Port of Savannah.

Inside the community, you'll find everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Unlike a standard hotel room, the Beach & Racquet Club condos offer the convenience of home with fully equipped kitchens, inviting living rooms with cable TV, and private balconies perfect for morning coffee or sunset breezes. The property also includes tennis courts, a large community pool, and a kid-friendly splash pool.

For added convenience, Buildings A and B feature coin-operated laundry on each floor. Please note that parking is limited to one vehicle per condo, and the community does not permit golf carts, trailers, boats, jet skis, or oversized vehicles.

This first-floor unit is designed for two guests, offering a cozy, convenient retreat just steps from one of Tybee's most peaceful beaches.

NICE POOL WITH PLENTY OF SUNBATHIN, CLOSE TO THE BEACH WITH PRIVATE ACCESS, CAN SEE BEACH FROM POOL AREAS, WATCHED DOLPHINS FORM THE PROPERTY, OLDER UNIT BUT VERY CLEAN AND WAS WELL WORTH THE CHARGES. HAVE STAYED ON THIS PROPERTY MANY TIMES OVER THE YEARS.

Very enjoyable

Great place and very clean. Just needed a pot to use in the kitchen. Gate to enter wasn’t working; stayed open and needed to be closing for safety reasons. Other than that it was perfect.

This condo really needs a lot of attention, it could be a really cute place if they put some money back into it. The toilet ran nonstop unless we wiggled the handle, tile, carpet, baseboards all need replaced. We had to place a blanket over the window above the bed, there was a blind but still allowed to much light to shine through so that’s something else they may consider fixing. All the years we have traveled this is only the 2nd bad review I’ve ever had to leave. I feel like the maid did their part as far as cleanliness. Point being the owner needs to be more attentive to the property.

The mattress was horrible. It was higher on one side and slopes down and there was a foam mattress topper meant to try and correct the problem. The window above the bed had blinds, but did not cover the window well enough to keep out the light from the hallway and you could still see through he blinds somewhat from the hallway. The carpet needs cleaning badly and the sofa was very visibly dirty. Unit needs some TLC.

The room was filthy upon arrival im not a clean freak by no means and usually don’t complain about somewhere I’m staying but this place was bad the couch was stained so bad we put a blanket over it before we would sit on it there was food still laying on tables and the shower was filthy it was so bad we went and bought cleaning supplies and cleaned the whole place before we would even unpack much less sit down on anything there was no curtains in the bedroom and the lights shining in was awful so we had to stuff pillows in the window just to sleep the light in the bedroom has a short in it and don’t work half the time the sliding glass door handle was about broke off the whole place needed some updating and work done to it. Honestly I’m a SW Florida person but wanted to go to Tybee and the whole place was a let down to much partying and over crowded. pluses about the condo is the access to the beach/river and the pool was great parking was easy and this room is bottom floor close to ramp in parking lot which was nice if you’re a fisherman fishing was decent but don’t waste your time on main pier or public beaches it’s way to crowded in summer to do any good go to the fisherman’s walk pier is where I done best and was always there by myself in early morning, there is no real tackle store on the island so no live bait close. all in all had a good time but this is my first and last trip to Tybee island
