Profitez de la partie sud de Tybee à Tybreeza B - un appartement confortable avec 1 chambre et 1 salle de bain dans un cottage historique de Tybee situé à un pâté de maisons et demi de la plage. L'appartement est dans une maison d'habitation rénovée des années 1940. Il est à distance de marche des restaurants, des boutiques, de la jetée de Tybee et plus encore. Cette option pittoresque est idéale pour les couples à petit budget.

La chambre est meublée avec un lit king size, une télévision à écran plat 19 pouces avec lecteur DVD intégré et le bain attenant dispose d'une douche à l'italienne. La cuisine comprend un grand réfrigérateur et une cuisinière / four, mais il n’ya pas de lave-vaisselle. Le bar du petit-déjeuner peut accueillir 2 personnes. Le salon dispose d'un canapé-lit double et d'un accès à la chambre.

Les propriétaires à l'étage sont heureux de partager la piscine privée dans la cour et le gril à gaz. Il n'y a pas de téléphone fixe ou de laveuse et sécheuse disponibles. Il y a un tapis de blanchisserie situé sur l'île. Adapté aux personnes handicapées (unité au niveau du sol, non conforme à l'ADA). Parking disponible pour 1 véhicule.

Veuillez noter que Tybreeza A occupe une partie du niveau du sol de ce chalet. Il y a un appartement d'une chambre à côté, Tybreeza B. Étant donné l’âge du bâtiment, vous pourrez entendre un son si l’autre appartement est occupé pendant votre séjour. La chambre est séparée du salon par des rideaux, il n’ya pas de porte.

Perfect for a couples trip

Beach Vacation

This rental is in the perfect location being a little over a block from the beach and a block or 2 from the grocery store as well as a quick walk to restaurants and bars. It has everything you need for a beach trip. We will definitely be staying again!

The location and use of the pool were just great. The place was comfy and loved the artwork. Was not able to meet the owner but heard great things about them. We will come back.

First Tybee Vacation

Tybee Is a nice Island with lots of restaurants and shops, Long Beaches and a great golf cart Island, which we rented. It was a last minute rental so not much to choose from as far as rentals. Our rental was in need of some upfitting but it was cool and location was good. But would not stay there again because the space was just not very comfortable to us. The living area could use a better couch and comfortable chairs instead of two outdoor Adirondack chairs and a little more cohesive decor. But it was clean and quiet and within walking distance to several places. You just have to decide what is important to you for your stay.

A little too relaxed

The location was good being one block from beach, which was beautiful. The apt which was part of a house with owners present, was cute and had all the basics except the shower was really small.,all that was fine but it was more the area outside, around the pool that was a mess and the stuff was not hurricane related, just neglected. Everthing needed a good power wash. The outdoor grill area was a mess. You just got the feeling that the owners really didnt care anymore and the management company didnt hold them to any standards. Lastly, they decided to have aome substantial tree work starting at 830am one day and didnt have the courtesy to let us know. And to,add insult to injury our car got covered in tree debris on it bc tje work trucks were right over it. Overall, cute apt but outside was a mess and nothing against the owners , I just woukdnt stay there again. Either clean it up and care or get out of the rental,business.,

Linda, We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the location and thought the property was cute and well equipped! This home is a guest favorite due to it's prime location and on site pool! Two days prior to your arrival the evacuation order that was issued for Tybee Island was lifted. While we were very lucky to have been spared from the storm, we did experience hurricane force winds. This caused leaves and debri to be scattered throughout the yard. To maintain the safety of our guests and homes, the homeowner scheduled landscapers to have the tree limbs trimmed. We wish that we would have been able to share this information with you and hate to hear that your stay was impacted your stay so much! Hope that you were able to enjoy your time on Tybee despite the tree-trimming and would welcome you back any time!

Location was good and it was walkable to beaches but visitor beware - there were several cockroaches in the unit when we arrived so we couldn’t actually unpack and had to keep all of our things zipped in our suitcases for all 6 days we were there. The place was musty smelling and small (neither of those things are usually a huge deal - it’s the beach after all) but we came home with all of our stuff smelling like the unit and then my mom and I both found out we’d gotten ringworm, which we learned is likely from staying here when the doctor told us cockroaches are common carriers of ringworm. I hate leaving bad reviews but especially with how much we paid, coming home with a fungal infection is far from what I’d hoped for.

Our fun escape

Really enjoyed the pool and being within walking distance of everything. Had friendly neighbors and got to me the owner as well. We'll make this a yearly gig for sure if we can.

Did not want to leave

This place was perfect for 2 people. I loved the funky, eclectic decor. The bed was comfortable and everything we needed was there. We enjoyed being able to walk everywhere. We only drove to Savannah for the day which was only like 15-20 minutes and then to the lighthouse which is like 5 minutes away. The walk to the beach is easy and only a couple blocks. The pool was nice to have. There was a place that had a fire pit but there was no wood and it was turned on it's side so we didn't want to move it. The ice maker doesn't work so bring ice. We just kept dumping trays and making more but that is a long process if you need ice for a cooler. We had a really great time and would stay again in a heartbeat.

WEEKEND GETAWAY

A great location and the perfect space for our mother-daughter getaway weekend- for two people who are always out & about, don’t spend a lot of time inside- we loved this spot and slept peacefully every night! The client portal was VERY helpful and one of the most useful tools I’ve gotten to use when staying at a property. Being able to favorite our must-do’s & places to eat from an easy check in and and check out process- we loved it! Thank you for our stay here- highly recommended!

Very Beachy

We found the property to be a great location for our needs. The apartment was almost excessive with decoration, but was. not really a problem. I would recommend a night light for the bathroom. My husband & I kept flashlights by the bed so we could enter the bathroom without waking the other person up when turning on the overhead lights.

Ecletic vacation

It was an awesome experience taking you away from your norm. The whimsical monkey was hilarious. I loved most of all the adirondack rocker with the hibiscus painting. Plus I would love to know where you got the little adorable crab. This was decorated so retro you step back in time. Loved everything about it. The pool was an extra bonus!

Tybee Vintage Vibe!

This adorable rental is perfect for those wanting the Tybee vintage experience. The apartment is adorable, well furnished and the location was perfect. Bike or walk to the beach, restaurants, shops, grocery store from this location in just minutes. Close enough to enjoy the amenities of Tybee but quiet. The owners are very accommodating, the pool was sparkling clean and there are plenty of areas to sit and enjoy the piña coladas you can whip up in the blender.

Fun at the Beach
