This stunning residence boasts the highest in quality and comfort with views of Mammoth Mountain Ski Resort and Snowcreek, creating a serene and picturesque backdrop for a house that is ideal for couples, families, and large groups.
Welcome to our Luxurious Snowcreek Retreat Mammoth, nestled amongst forested grounds and views of Mammoth Mountain ski area and a tranquil creek just outside the front door, this home offers The Total Escape. Surrounded by gorgeous walking trails and bike paths, and about 5 minutes from the Eagle Express chairlift, 5 minutes from restaurants, shops, and cafes in downtown Mammoth Lakes, we are ideally and centrally located to all.
This gorgeous, two-level condo opens onto a two-story great room with vaulted ceilings, stone hearth gas fireplace, and sliding glass door to a southwest-facing balcony with views of Mammoth Mountain.
Styled in modern mountain decor with cozy touches, the living area features a large great room grey sectional sofa, large banquette dining, 80 inch large-screen Smart TV, remote control activated gas fireplace, amazing ski/snowboard gear storage with boot/gear dryers!
Adjacent to the living area is a fully equipped kitchen with hardwood floors, gorgeous granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. Find everything you need to enjoy a home-cooked meal, Morning Breakfast, Mid-Day Lunch or Evening Dinner.
Ideal for families, Snowcreek IV comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests between two full bedrooms on the lower level, and a large open loft above the living area. The main floor large master suite features a king-sized bed, picture window, en-suite bathroom, ceiling fan, and 65-inch Smart TV. The neighboring primary room has a king-sized bed, hall access to a full bathroom, ceiling fan, and 65-inch Smart TV. A private washer and dryer on this floor to add to your convenience, keeping you ready for year-round adventures, from skiing to mountain biking. The upper floor spacious loft ideal for singles, couples or kids, has a twin-over-queen bunk bed, two twin beds, and an additional trundle with a total sleeping capacity of six with a huge en-suite bathroom, along with a 65-inch Smart TV, Arcade 1Up Pac Man Video game and ceiling fan.
From your central location in the Snowcreek resort complex, a short walk from the free town shuttle, youâll be 5 minutes from the slopes, 5 minutes from the Snowcreek Golf Course, and a leisurely 15-minute stroll from hiking and biking trails at the Snowcreek Nature Preserve. Hop on a cruiser bike to take the paved Town Loop trail downtown for restaurants, shops, and family-friendly entertainment, including a bowling alley, and sports plex.
However, you choose to experience Mammoth, this gorgeous space, and central location of Snowcreek IV makes this family-friendly condo an ideal home away from home.
Guests have access to the whole home and community indoor jacuzzi.
Our house is equipped with a code lock, no physical key is required during your stay. Your code will be sent to you the day prior to check in.
There is ample parking with no assignments and a maximum of 2 vehicles per home. Please adhere to all posted signs
Our condo is on the second floor, up one flight of stairs. There are also stairs leading to the loft inside the unit.
Parking: There is no unit assigned parking- take any available space (limited to two vehicles). No permit is required during your stay.
NO SMOKING anywhere inside the condo. Any evidence of smoking, including odor, will result in a $500 remediation fee.
NO PARTIES or EVENTS. Noise disturbances will be fined $100 per occurrence.
No pets allowed. Any evidence will result in a $500 remediation fee.
SPA key is $150 charge to replace if lost
