This home comfortably sleeps 7 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a twin size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, deck access, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a walk-in shower.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Lot parking available for 2 vehicles. Parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. A parking permit is available in the unit upon arrival.

• This home is a second-floor walkup unit, with 16 steps required.

• Portable crib provided.

• This property has access to the community outdoor pool which is open seasonally.

• Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.

• Parking pass must be filled out and displayed in vehicle(s) at all times throughout your stay. Guests are subject to fines if the completed pass is not displayed.

• No items can be above the bed of the truck or cars. This includes tool boxes, kayaks.

• No over-size vehicles.

• No trailers other than boat trailers.
