Located on the 3rd floor of the newly constructed Timber Fox community, the condo offers breathtaking views of Winter Park Resort and the surrounding mountains. It features two spacious bedrooms with king beds, a bonus bunk room with twin-over-twin bunk beds, and two bathrooms, including a master en-suite with double sinks and a walk-in shower. Every room in the condo is equipped with air conditioning—a rare and highly desirable feature in Winter Park—ensuring your comfort year-round. With thoughtfully designed living space, this condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests, making it ideal for families or groups of friends.
The gourmet kitchen is equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and quartz countertops, while the open-concept living area boasts a cozy electric fireplace and access to a private balcony with outdoor seating and a gas grill. Additional amenities include an in-unit washer and dryer, high-speed WiFi, and Smart TVs for your entertainment.
For your convenience, the unit includes one underground garage parking spot, plus limited overflow parking outside on first come first serve basis. Outside the condo, you'll also have access to a community hot tub, fire pit, and elevator for added convenience. A shuttle bus stop for the winter is conveniently located outside the condo, providing easy access to the ski resorts. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. HOA Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 3.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page.

Great condo in perfect location!
We stayed in August 2025. This was a clean, spacious condo for our family of 6! Perfect location and a very well-stocked bathroom and kitchen, more so than other places we have stayed. AND IT HAS A/C !! I did not realize that many condos in Colorado do not have this amenity until I started researching a place to book. Traveling during summer and being a large family, we appreciated being about to set the temp to our comfort. The only minor downside would be the construction going on in the area. It was not loud and did not impact our trip, only distracted a bit from the beautiful mt views. This is to be expected in a new-build area however, so definitely not a big issue! 10/10 would stay here again and recommend to friends!
