Condo fantastique assis sur Vasquez Creek. Unité entièrement rénovée avec de nouveaux appareils et revêtements de sol: tout a été entièrement refait.
L'unité comprend le câble, Internet et une cuisine entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour cuisiner n'importe quel repas. Vous fournissez juste la nourriture!
Téléviseurs LED Full HD dans la salle familiale et la chambre principale.
Condo est rempli de jeux et de livres pour les enfants et les adultes.
La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size et d'une gigantesque douche à vapeur en carrelage.
La salle de bain contient une baignoire et une douche.
La deuxième chambre a deux ensembles de nouveaux lits superposés jumeaux XL, qui peuvent accueillir n'importe quelle configuration d'enfants, d'adultes et d'adolescents. Condo a également un matelas pneumatique queen size.
Il s'agit d'une unité au rez-de-chaussée située à deux vols du parking couvert gratuit, qui vous donne accès au ruisseau à quelques pas de votre patio privé.
Promenez-vous au belvédère du condo pour observer les étoiles et un verre de vin. Faites une randonnée sur plusieurs sentiers situés à quelques minutes de votre porte d'entrée. Le centre-ville de Winter Park, avec ses nombreux restaurants et magasins, est également accessible à pied.

Great mountain getaway spot

Perfect place for myself, my husband, and our baby to spend a few nights. Very comfortable, clean, great location close to town and right on the creek.

GREAT PLACE ON THE BUS ROUTE

We stayed for a weekend to ski at Winter Park.Rode the bus and didn't need to drive. Place was clean, roomy and perfect for us.

Morning coffee and evening cocktails! Perfect setting. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. I must have missed the “2 flights down” & was not expected, given recent knee surgery.

Hello we're glad you enjoyed the condo. Sorry you missed that part of the listing regarding the stairs. We do have it clearly stated that its down two flights next to the creek. Most of our renters book for that very reason.

Easy Snow Stay

Overall the property was cozy and inviting. There were games for the kiddos and the fireplace was a pleasant surprise at how much it actually warmed up the room. One thing thing to note is if you come in the winter and it is icy you need to watch your step. The unit is down several flights of stairs and some parts definitely had ice.

Nicely updated kitchen and bathrooms. The bedrooms were a good size. The communication with the owner was great. The location was just a short drive to the mountain. The only negative was the extra blankets (and we definitely needed them) were not appropriate for sleeping, but rather watching an outdoor soccer game.

Excellent Winter Park Condo

We loved our stay at this creekside condo. The property is exactly as listed, maybe even better. It was super clean and well maintained. It's been updated very nicely and can accommodate a family very comfortably. All appliances were of high quality and functioned well. If your kids like bunk beds, you are in luck, and the steam shower is a great bonus for the grown-ups. The condos are on the shuttle route for the ski area and the bus was picking up every 30 minutes while we were there. The bus does get crowded at peak hours, but it beat the Winter Park parking headaches. Communication with the owner was super easy and all information was clear and thorough. We are already looking forward to coming back!

This was our second stay at this property and it was just as wonderful as we remembered. The kids loved playing in the snow out back near the creek. The condo is clean and had everything you need. The property manager was quick to respond to questions and very helpful. Kids are already asking when we can come back again!

Perfect condo for your ski getaway

Mike was really good conveying all necessary information to access and enjoying all condo features. The Condo is located 3 minutes away by car from Downtown Winter Park, enough parking just make sure to not park on frozen spots. The condo feels like home, my kids loved the bunk beds, the master bathroom has a huge shower with steam so inviting after a long day on the trails, every detail on the condo was thought about, nice kitchen with everything you need. Everything was NEATLY CLEANED AND ORGANIZED. Would definitely come back.

Really Great Condo

This was a very comfortable, nicely furnished condo. Quality kitchen and appliances, and loved the master shower with steam. It was a great to have a pack-n-play and high chair available for our 10 month old. Definitely want to stay here again!

We had a great time exploring the area and finding new things to do in Colorado.

This was an amazing property we were all so happy with it. The water being right outside was beautiful. The neighbors were super friendly and suggested things to do and places to eat. The beds were co comfortable which was so nice. The kitchen was well stocked with little extras like foil and ziplocks. So happy we were able to stay here.
