Situated in a resort-style community, you can just walk across the lawn to the lodge complex to enjoy the restaurants, pool, hot tub, fitness center, sauna, on-site golf, and other fun amenities offered. Nearby, there is no lack of places to explore with neighboring Sisters and Bend being just down the road. During the winter season, you'll adore the area's peaks for excellent shredding opportunities, whereas the sunny season brings scenic hiking, swimming, biking, and sightseeing.

Unit #30 has two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a kitchenette with a mini fridge and a microwave. Unit #31 has one bedroom, one bathroom, a loft, and a full kitchen. The three bedrooms are all adorned with personal smart TVs, soft linens, and mini-split air-conditioning units guaranteeing everyone's comfort.

Additional features you'll have access to include a wood-burning fireplace, a gaming system, and a private gas grill.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
No motorcycles, ATVs, or UTVs are allowed in Black Butte Ranch. No parking of RVs, motorhomes, or trailers of any kind is allowed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
