With 3 bedrooms including 2 king beds and 1 queen bed, this cozy retreat offers all the comforts you need. Enjoy the convenience of AC, a washing machine, WiFi, and heating during your stay. Our stay at this property was great. My wife and I stayed there for a month. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was furnished correctly and the living room was extremely comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and the location is good, if you enjoy the San Tan Valley. Sean was an exceptional host. He responded to any questions I had quickly. He’s a great host. I would recommend staying here if you need something for a few nights or a few weeks.

I travel monthly and am very easy to please. If it's clean, I'm generally happy. When requesting to book, I specifically said there was just two of us & we didn't need all the space but we wanted their house for it having a spa & HEATED pool. #1, there are no instructions for the pool/spa at the house & I had to request. (after already having to request entry instructions). Days 2-3 we turned on the spa before going out in the evening so that it would be hot for the night. When we got back, the heat was off & the temp was cool. I then wrote to ask about this & they replied that it shouldn't turn off and to make sure the setting was on "Hybrid". It still did not heat so we left it on all night to be hot in the morning. Day 4 - In the morning, it was off & the temperature was cool. I sent a picture & it was then that they said the mode should be "Hybrid (gas)". It had been set on "Hybrid (dual)" when we arrived. At 9am, we changed it to gas, turned on the pool & when we arrived back at 6pm it was only 70 deg. At 6:15 I turned the heat on the spa & at 8:50 it was still only 70 deg. It was at this point they advised that only one could heat at a time (which is not explained in the listing) & did not address that neither was actually heating. We were not able to use the amenities that we booked for & I asked for a partial credit but was refused.Also: no towels in the bathrooms, no hangers in the closets, only 3 dining chairs for 6 people and a VERY strong food smell throughout
