Beau, coloré, Détente & Maison Chaleureuse env. 1900 pieds carrés situés dans la Communauté Ranch Johnson & niché dans les contreforts des montagnes de San Tan. Notre maison a été construite en 2004, des plafonds voûtés et récemment mis à jour avec de la peinture intérieure, nouvelle moquette / carrelage partout. Grande salle familiale de taille avec 42 "TV LCD / DVD et WiFi. Ouvre à la cuisine avec toutes les commodités de la maison (cuisine entièrement équipée). Coin cuisine avec fenêtre Bay et la table w / 4 chaises. Île w / 2 tabourets de bar pivotant. Salle à manger formelle a une table et 6 chaises avec un correspondant servant panier. Coin salon avec deux chaises surdimensionnées et pouf pour quand vous vous sentez comme le curling et lire un bon livre. Grande chambre de maître avec le roi taille de l'ensemble de chambre à coucher, a dressing, une baignoire, douche / toilette séparée et deux lavabos. Tous les nouveaux draps de bain et de chambre. Les ventilateurs de plafond dans chaque chambre et tous nos lits sont confortables. Terrasse couverte w / table de patio et 4 chaises, gaz en acier inoxydable BBQ Grill. Arrière-cour spacieuse. Ce est un «No Smoking» maison de zone. Accès gratuit à 3 piscine communautaires, de Jacuzzi / spas, les parcs, de tennis éclairés et terrains de basket, de beach volley, des sentiers pédestres, une zone de libre Lecture Pitch & Putt golf. Aussi, cette Communauté est entouré d'un terrain de golf Champion avec des frais raisonnables.

This was the perfect home for my needs. Stayed for six weeks while transitioning after the sale of my home. Terry was excellent with communication, quick responses and helping when needing to extend original stay. Well equipped for everything you need with comfortable and quiet accommodations. Absolutely recommend for any stay within the Queen Creek/San Tan area.

Very well maintained home in a quiet suburban location. Very nice amenities. The host was very affable and responded quickly and calmly if there were any issues. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a private place while visiting the area.

San Tan Stuff!

Slightly farther away from typical “Valley area” we expected, but the owner had left fantastic information about the local area, and we had a great time. Highly recommend the live music at the clubhouse if it’s available when you’re there.

Comfortable Home for Working Vacation

The host supplied a beautiful, clean, spacious home in a quiet, easy to find neighborhood. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our needs. Kitchen was fully stocked with basic cooking and dining tools.Very grateful that we were able to take advantage of this home for our work-related stay. Would stay here again, and recommend to others.

My parents came to visit from Michigan. Upon booking this home, the hosts reached out to see if we had any questions and to ensure everyone was comfortable. They loved the home with its grassy backyard, and multiple rooms for visiting. We had a great visit with them. Excellent customer service and wonderful home! Would definitely stay again!!

Average place, in good location

Overall, place has a lot of room and garage access which was very nice. Access to the community pool was also nice. Only issue was with the cleanliness. Place was not as clean as expected and there is a distinct odor of pets in the carpet.

Country Thunder 2021

Great location for this fun event! About 30 minutes from the concert venue. The house was great for what we needed. Didn’t get much of an opportunity to use the pools, but we went once. Make sure to go to San Tan Flat for a great meal, and live music. Such a fun place.

Simply a great spot!

We truly enjoyed our stay here. Terry was great to deal with and provided all the info necessary to take advantage of the home and the community. The kitchen is well equipped, and a good size. The bed in the master bedroom was comfortable (the only one we used). The other bedrooms were also well fitted. The wifi was fast and cable service good. The community is safe, quite and the facilities are first class. Shopping is close by, within walking distance on a nice day. There are three fairly large heated pools and lots of areas for sitting. Not being golfers I can't comment on the course except to say it looked well kept. We preferred to walk to the pool area, but there is parking available if you would rather drive - about a third of a mile from the house. The home itself has a very nice backyard, with a BBQ for a little outdoor cooking. I would suggest you'll be delighted with your choice if you decide to spend some time here - we were!

We purchased this home in 2009 to share with family, friends & others. We needed a warm place to come in from the Colorado snow or the Oregon rains. We Love Golfing, Fishing, Playing board games, relaxing by the Pool and meeting folks from all over the world.

Small growing community that has a lot to offer. You can fly on Allegiant Airlines for reasonable rates straight to Mesa Gateway. Johnson Ranch Community plans many events and activities where you can have fun and meet your neighbors. Allot of Sunshine and Spring Training Baseball! 15 professional teams are here during the months of March and April!

Nice Golf Courses within minutes, Pathway Parks for walking and riding bikes, 3 Community Pools & Spas. Shopping, YMCA, San Tan Flats Restaurant, Bear Grille,Starbucks,Wal-Mart Superstore,grocery stores and major banks nearby. Within 30-40 minute drive to many spring training field locations. Also, plenty of sunshine!
