Welcome to this unique studio, offering the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Attached to the main house, it features a private entrance for your complete privacy. Enjoy access to a large backyard, hot tub, and laundry facility shared with two other units, providing plenty of outdoor space. Located just 1 mile from downtown, 10 mins from the airport, and close to major hospitals, this studio is ideally situated for both business and leisure.

The guest suite is located with a private gate entrance located to the LEFT of the main house for easy and secure access. Both the gate and the front door will be marked with a "B" so that you recognize the unit.

Me and my partner came to Tucson for a show and Carlos’s place was perfect! The vrbo was cozy, clean, cute and comfortable. It had everything we needed, it was easy to check in, also I felt like it was central enough to all the places we wanted to go. Would absolutely stay again!

Carlos was great. We were in the city for Spring training and the Mecum Auction. Since we are not familiar with the ballparks, and didn’t do our homework, we chose price and size. We are not picky. We did have to drive a bit to the locations but that is on us. Great place!

0 stars. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE! Property was dirty, trashed, unsafe with homeless people around, and smelled of urine. Location was super shady and gates are left unlocked with a sketchy alleyway connected to it. Contacted Carlos right away and he promised to cancel, but never did and ignored me after. Contacted him and Vrbo many times with no help. He was very elusive, dishonest, shady, and the worst host I’ve ever had. Just know, this will be the same for you and neither Carlos nor Vrbo will help you out. Carlos took my money with no remorse. I have pictures and proof of everything as well. Save the money and hassle and do not trust this lying, shady host.
A mess everywhere. Looked like homeless people came into the property and smoked and could come and go as they pleased.
Homeless people trash like this all over the property.
Again. Trashed. Everywhere.

Our stay was an excellent time. Great communication with the host, very quaint, it's very responsive, and just overall an A. My girlfriend and I will stay there again, if not the exact same unit, at least with the same host and property.

host was absolutely wonderful. checked in on us from arrival to departure. area is a little sketchy, our first night the uber told us to be very safe and that we were not in the best area. also unit B where we stayed was much much smaller than I gathered from photos, prob 9x13 or less. there's no windows, you can hear your neighbors through the wall etc. however neither of these things are at all the fault of the host! just being from out of town two things i wish i had dug deeper into on my part. however i still think great deal for being close to downtown which was needed. all in all all was fine just want to share to main things to be aware of!
